I can not tell you how mad i am with this unit, from the start it has not dried or cleaned well at all. Our 20 year old unit dried better than this garbage. The dishes are left soaking and not even warm to touch when cycle is finished. If i could throw this off a bridge i would but the cost was to much to do that NEVER BUY LG !!!!

The dish washer works very well. However the upper tray keeps falling into the tray below and the pop up racks in the bottom continue to fall down. I don't think it's worth the price I paid. My first choice wasn't available and got canceled the day before delivery.

This dishwasher is awesome. Quiet to the point of having to lean down close to even hear the water running.

The only issue I have found is that the bottom shelf easily comes off track especially when loaded.

Not well made or effective does not clean glass ware well

Got this machine when my kitchen was being renovated. A licensed contractor installed it and it doesnt latch. Have been complaining to best buy and LG all this week and now have an appt for monday. Have been without a washer for over two weeks now and hate LG AND BESTBUY every min. Oh and yes i purchased 5 yr gsp .... stupid me ....

No complaints, 3rd drawer is just ok, the rest works well. Dries ok. It is quite.

I love this dish washer. It is very spacious and quiet. The bottom rack sometimes gets off track easily but it's not too hard to fix.

Have not had it a real long time yet. Some of the parts look like they are cheaply made but they have not broke yet. So, hopefully they last.

We initially really liked this dishwasher, but after using it for several months the dishwasher detergent stopped dispensing as it should, soap would be left on the bottom dishes after it finished washing, and a lot of the detergent would still be in the dispenser. It is very frustrating having to run the dishwasher over and over again to get the soap to dispense properly. I just called up LG and they gave the answer that if the top rack is lowered then the bottom dishes might block the sprayer from properly working. Then why design it to allow the top rack to move in the first place! They offered to send out one of their techs to look at the unit for a convenient flat rate of $225, no thanks. I would think that a dishwasher could be designed better than this. Super frustrated right now.

If you want the best and get an included 10year warranty, then the LG is the one for you.

Really quiet dishwasher. I can barely hear it running. I like having the three trays and the racks are adjustable.

Dishes do not come completely clean with the normal wash setting. time on normal wash says 219 minutes. it loses 30 minutes while running. To get everything clean I put on heavy was, which took close to 4 hrs.

Lower rack won't stay on track. Poor design there.

I used to love my wife for this task but ooohhhh weeeee this thing is quiet and does dishes.

It is very good washer. Looks good. LG is the best appliance.

I love the three shelves and the slats can go up or down to make room for large items

You do not realize it is running. The loudest it gets is when you hear the water draining.
