I dislike this dishwasher with a passion! It doesnt clean the dishes. It doesnt dry the dishes. They come out spotty. I do not recommend! I am currently trying to figure out if there is something I can do to get rid of this junk.

We bought this dishwasher in November also taking out the 3 year extended warranty. About 4 months later, the dishwasher started leaking water on the floor. Still being under the manufacturers warranty, a Best Buy member came out to repair. After 6 trips out (two because the parts were wrong and broken), they finally decided to replace the dishwasher. However, I was informed that I would lose the extended warranty that I never even had to apply. And I would have to repurchase another extended warranty. This was after my extended warranty on a refrigerator expired by one month and Best Buy would not honor that. And after paying to have it fixed with the same problem occurring again, I was told the repair warranty was only good for 90 days. I won't be buying any appliances from Best Buy again.

I am a mother with three children, so I do dishes all the time and this dishwasher sucks big-time. I was thinking because it was so much money that it would be up to scale but it's not at all. The rack dividers move constantly when I'm trying to load the dishwasher you have to be super super gentle or else the rack dividers instantly move and fall down and you have to fix them. Same with bottom. I never use the top sliverwear one. Also the outside stainless steel part of it gets dirty almost instantly it's very hard to clean so there's always hand marks and fingerprints on the outside of the dishwasher. Yes it cleans but it is not worth the money !!! Buy something else please !

We are very disappointed in this dishwasher. The dishes do not come out clean unless they go in with no residue at all on them. The racks are poorly constructed, the dishes are not supported between the tines, and the racks come off of the tracks VERY easily. We have owned Kitchenaid, and Kenmore elite, we were happy with their cleaning quality, I wish we had stayed with these brands.

This Dishwasher leaked the first day - front left corner. The dishes came out with a white residue on them and some not clean. I put correct detergent in as well as rinse aid. The racks are not spaced well and it causes the dishes to bang into each other. Plus, the company who installed it, damaged the side of our cabinet and was rough enough on the plumbing, that it caused it to leak. Customer service at Best Buy and AM Installation was terrible.

Numerous repairs, clogs continuously even after cleaning filter.
