Three adjustable sliding shelves for dishes, pots/pans, flatware. And so quiet! Plus the sleek look. Controls are on the top of the door, which makes controlling settings easy or use your phone to adjust/set/turn on/off.

This machine worked great for four days. The middle rack slides were never smooth and on the forth use, the slides locked up, not allowing the door to close. "So what does the dish washer do??????" Nothing! I told the repair person, on the phone, that they should sent new slides with the repairman. They sent roller brackets. The repairman went to order the rack slides, but now they are on back order. We have a nice looking new dish washer that doesn't work.

Am very appreciative of the stainless steel tub which keeps it cleaner, and is easier to clean when needed. The led lights are also quite nice, being able to see what's where without turning on every light in the kitchen. I feel like the quad cleaning technology I rarely do more than the 1 hour quick wash using this thing on high temp. Best part yet, night dry! It slowly continues to vent after completion so that if you run it at night, or anytime for that matter, and don't empty it right away the condensation doesn't stay built up and leave standing water everywhere in it the next morning etc. Huge convenience so that things are actually dry and ready to be put away in the morning instead of hand drying or having things air out on the counter. Can't go wrong with LG appliances!

It is extremely quiet and the dishes come out sparkling. If you read the instructions, it is very easy to use. The filter is easy to remove and clean as needed. We have been using it for close to 2 months with no problems.

It works very well, cleans good, silent and efficient. Also would like to appreciate the Best Buy manager "Sean" for excellent guidance and support for thsi and other products we bought together.

I disliked that the basket for the utensils is one whole long piece, verses my other dishwasher that gave you the option of breaking down into three pieces. It’s going to take me some time getting used to organizing the dishes to fit but overall it’s really nice.

Bad Top Rack twice and leaked.

Purchased and returned twice due to the bearings locking up. The second unit started leaking water for some reason likey gasket or installation related. LG is great for some products but my luck didn't give a good impression on dishwashers. Cleaned well and liked the features but can't have it do the basic functions like not leak or pull the top rack out

To address the top-rack movement, please try removing the 3rd rack and inspecting each roller wheel assembly for any debris or misalignment. Gently wipe the rollers and rail tracks with a soft, damp cloth, then reinsert the rack to ensure smooth gliding—this often restores proper function without needing a full replacement.
For the leak issue, make sure the dishwasher is perfectly level and the door gasket is clean and undamaged. Place a level inside the tub along the front and side walls; if it’s off, adjust the leveling feet until water poured into the bottom pools centrally. Next, inspect the door seal for any residue or tears—clean gently with mild soap and water so the gasket seats tightly against the tub.

Cleans the dishes very well and with the help of the rinse aid dishes come out shinny/spotless while withmy previous one dishes came out like they were not cleaned and with spots.
