It was between this and a Bosch and I’m so happy I went with this. My favorite features are the tub lights, adjustable racks and top drawer. We replaced a Samsung and gets our dishes super clean and dry. We use the quick auto most of the time. Super quiet.

The door fell off when the band that holds it snapped. The lower tray wheels melted and broke off - all of this happened within the first four months. Warranty might as well forget it. Parts are either back ordered or not available. Dished seldom even come clean, I forgot this Is a dishwasher - I have so many other issues I forgot what it is supposed to do. Water pours of the bottom, so buy enough rags to soak it up

I’m normally pretty hard on dishwashers and I expect them to work well without pre-rinsing. This one does that extremely well. This model beats the pants off my old GE Profile and gets a heavy cycle done 2hrs faster with sanitization.

Not even worth it a little bit

I have been using it for 3 months now, the 1 hour wash is hit & miss to actually get the dishes clean. Must use the auto or normal wash which is 2.5 hours long. The bottom rack is only 2 rows: there’s an awkward gap in the middle where a 3rd row could be to hold more plates, but it’s just empty. The middle rack is deeper, which makes the spinner hit the plates below it or anything tall. And the top rack is essentially useless. I wish I would have installed it sooner so I could return it. My Samsung was better but it broke.

I was able to purchase all my appliances thur Best Buy with ease and have them all delivered and installed with no problems. The 1 hour option cleans great. I love it.

I've only had it for six weeks and had to have it serviced already. The middle drawer was replaced... still doesn't work. It says it can sanitize, but so far the light has never come on. Repairman said it's because the water isn't hot enough from the hot water tank to sanitize. This makes no sense. We bought it for the sanitize feature because we have a new baby in the family and wanted to use that specific feature for baby bottles. Doesn't dry the bottom of coffee cups or bowls, even when using the night dry feature. Makes very loud noise when water enters the washer. Repairman said that's normal. Water gets trapped under the door during washing and doesn't dry. I'm afraid this will cause rusting. I am seriously considering returning it to store. Very disappointed in this product.

It was loud and didnt clean he dishes and silverware well. This LG is great. Third rack is great for silverware. Second rack you can easily adjust the height. Super quiet. Very happy with this selection.

It is SO quiet (42 dba) and has a number of wash options including a 1 hour wash that works quite well. The racks are very sturdy and don’t wobble like the higher price brand.
