My new dishwasher looks great in my kitchen and cleans dishes well. it is so quiet I barely know it is running. I love the moveable rack and the top rack.

LG 7972S dishwasher with 3 racks is awesome. Delivery/Installation by Best Buy/RXO was great. Love the ThinQ options and app. Dishwasher does a terrific job on cleaning. I would buy again. Using this one so much more than last 2 dishwashers.

Great dishwasher super quiet and cleans dishes thoroughly.

We like it. It’s very sleek inside; very quiet; you can raise or lower the middle shelf; the cutlery upper tray is great. You definitely need to read instructions and watch LG videos in order to get the most out of the product. Takes a little while to load in best manner but once it becomes secondhand all items are well cleaned. Miss my GE Profile (had it for 22 years) but am happy with our current purchase.

It's a very elegant dishwasher. I like the three layers of racks to put the dishes in. It's also working quietly which is important in the small space.

This machine makes me very happy. It's got all the bells and whistles more expensive brands have. The interior is massive with the three drawers. The collapsable tines inside leaves endless possibilities for using and washing any size dinnerware. There is a much appreciated light inside of the unit as well The installation team of Tim and another nice fellow were awesome , keeping me informed on arrival time and explaining how to operate the LG and left my garage spotless after unpacking and disposing the packing material.

The dish washer cleans and dries up the dishes, pots and spoons as advertised. I noticed that some dishes were still not entirely clean, so a pre-rinse is still required to get the desired result.

I recently bought a new dishwasher. I am still in awe with it! But, I am more in awe with Best Buy. The first one that was delivered was defective. The middle rack broke. I simply called Best Buy and told them the problem. They immediately came and replaced the defective dishwasher with a new one! I am now the very happy owner of a new dishwasher that works and I don’t have to hand wash my dishes any more…even my cat is fascinated with it!

Nice looking dishwasher. Top rack is worthless due to not getting items clean. Top rack does not have strong enough jest to clean. Does not dry well, but i think that is all dishwashers.

Quiet, cleans well. Even the short time cycle cleans well. Like all dishwashers we have ever had, plastics still do not dry completely.

One of the best dishwashers we have ever owned. I do recommend getting the 5yr replacement warranty from Best Buy as we had the model prior to this for 5 yrs when it had an issue that couldn’t be fixed had one month left on warranty and Best Buy replaced it with this newer version. Really love that warranty!
