One of only two available brands that have a single refrigerator door on top and a bottom freezer. Chose LG over Whirlpool for the larger cu. ft. space, although the Whirlpool construction was noticeably sturdier. Reviews leaned toward LG as the quieter, but its "latest technology compressor design" may be causing a ceaseless, annoying, very low frequency hum (icemaker is not being used). Also, internal temps get higher than desired a few times a day due to programmed "defrosting". This is the only time the unit is perfectly quiet. Otherwise, the unit appears to keep contents fresh and cold.

Makes noise. Don't know what that's about. Size is good for my space. The shelf not great to adjusted

Needed a refrigerator after ours quit working. We wanted a bottom freezer and needed a narrower width to fit the available space. This LG was perfect for our needs. Very modern appearance and plenty of cubic feet.

Very nice refrigerator, lots of space, only thing negative is i wish the fruit drawers were made a little different they rub a bit in the center.

My family loves this refrigerator. It’s very quiet, and has lots of room. First time with freezer on the bottom and I would never go back to a top freezer. Love it!!

Upgraded to this model and it's been great. So much space for a 30 inch refrigerator. The freezer has great space and shelves that help organize ice from other frozen items for easy reach

Love the fridge, it’s massive, it has 25 cubic feet way more than my old one and it fits the same space. The only down fall is the ice maker, it works fine but it fills up the container too much so when I go to open the freezer the ice falls out in the back.

Sleek look, lots of space. Only negative is the refrigetator door shelves are not adjustable for height and freezer door has to be pulled all the way out or else it keeps sliding back in. Neither are a big deal.

Bought this to replace my 10 year old fridge. The size was much bigger than my old fridge. The only thing I did not like was the door. Since this is for a vaction house, not a big deal. Would suggest double door for everyday use.

very sturdy refrigerator, as i have three kids I want to make sure it can contains all the food and drinks, which it does so easily and still have more space.

IT TOOK THREE WEEKS AFTER I PAID FOR IT TO GET IT DELIVERED, WHICH WAS OK WITH ME. SO THE ACTUAL DATE OF DELIVERY WAS 7/22. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE SAID NOT TO START PUTTING FOOD INTO IT UNTIL IT HAD COOLED DOWN. SO I WAITED A FEW HOURS AND STARTED FILLING IT UP WITH THE FOOD I HAD KEPT IN COOLERS. THE DOOR BINS WERE ADVERTIZED AS ACCEPTING GALLON JUGS OF MILK, SO I THOUGHT A HALF GALLON WOULD BE NO PROBLEM. WRONG! THAT BIN SPLIT AND CRACKED WITHIN A HALF HOUR OF OPENING THE DOOR AND ADDING A HALF GALLON OF MILK. I BEGAN HAVING REAL RESERVATIONS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THIS LG APPLIANCE. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED THE LOCAL BB STORE AND SPOKE WITH A MANAGER WHO REFERRED ME ON TO AN 800 NUMBER. THE PERSON ON THE 800 NUMBER OFFERED TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE REFRIGERATOR OR TO GIVE ME A 15% DISCOUNT THAT WOULD BE PAID INTO MY BB CREDIT CARD. SINCE I WAS EXHAUSTED BY THE WHOLE DELIVERY/FOOD STORAGE AND RESTOCKING PROCESS, I DECIDED TO ACCEPT THE DISCOUNT. THEN 2 WEEKS LATER I WENT TO PAY ON THE BB CREDIT CARD AND DISCOVERED THAT NO 15% CREDIT HAD BEEN ISSUED! SO I REVISITED EVERYONE AGAIN, AND THIS TIME WAS OFFERED REPLACEMENT ( AGAIN) OR A BB GIFT CARD TO COME IN THE MAIL, ( IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TIME ). HOWEVER, THE PERSON TOLD ME SHE DIDN'T THINK I COULD USE THE GIFT CARD TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON THE CREDIT CARD. I WAS STILL WORN OUT FROM THE FIRST ROUND, SO WAS NOT UP FOR A REPLACEMENT. THE BIN IS NOW TAPED UP WITH GORILLA TAPE AND HOLDS ONLY CATNIP, HOPEFULLY SAFE FOR THE TIME BEING. ( I AM STILL WORRIED ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THIS FRIDGE: WHILE IT IS COOLING MY FOOD, THOUGH IT SEEMS TO HAVE A HIGH PITCHED WHINE THAT I AM TRYING TO GET USED TO ) WE SHALL SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT....

I've had this refrigerator since November 21st. I love, love, love it. it has so much space and the freezer on the bottom is the best. Best decision I've ever made!

First time purchasing an appliance from Best Buy. The delivery was quick, professional, and perfectly executed. The refrigerator is awesome. We are very satisfied with the overall experience. Goodbye Lowe's never again.

Jose was excellent in his delivery of our new fridge. He even helped me by cleaning under and behind where my fridge was. He is an asset to your company. I am disappointed that the bottom shelf on the door is not wide enough to hold anything but my can't believe its not butter. the gal. of milk can only be put on a shelf that is too high for me, and none of the shelves can be adjusted

Just what we were looking for, works great only wish it had a water dispenser inside the fridge but I knew it didn't when I bought it. The only thing I would say that the louder running sound but it has now gone away, not sure why.

I'M loving my new refrigerator, it's all I hoped it would be. It did receive a small scratch while bringing it in but you should have seen the small entrance they had to get it through. The young men did a great job.
