Does not hold temperature well in refrigerator portion. Goes from as set temperature of 38 down to as low as 30 all on it's own. Have tried settings from 40 down to 35, no change, except it wants to freeze items in back of cabinet. Setting it to 39-40 reduces this, but then door gets too warm. Will keep fiddling with it. Plus, was damaged upon inspection. Arrived scratched and freezer drawer is off kilter.

Performance was great and I would have given it 5 stars. Since the 1st unit was being returned we chose to buy the black stainless as a replacement. The black one has trouble keeping the temperature and this seems to create condensation in all plastic wapped bread, produce, etc. The ice maker is very loud to the point where it wakes us up sometimes. When it dumps the ice and refills it sounds like the water line is kinked or twisted. I was about to call to request a replacement with another black stainless unit.

Have tried to reach the store installation department snd just get the run around with the telephone choices. Best Buy needs to work on this. When we needed a deep freeze the next week we shopped snd brought from their competition.
