Delivery men were very careful and polite. The man who installed the unit explained all the functions and how often to exchange the filter. Everything performed well.

No “outside” water dispenser to get clogged or break—-getting water or ice without the “strain”of opening the door is just not that important to us.

I will TRY to see if I can get LG to come look at it because if you don’t get the Geek Squad plan, you need to call LG ... good luck. Everyone is in the Phillipines and you can barely understand them.. Not what I expected from a brand name , brand new refrigerator!!
