We expected better from LG. This fridge freezes food on the back of the top two shelves. Its shelves bow down in the middle (slightly but noticeably) under the weight of normal food items. The two crispers also bow down in the middle, so we have to support the crispers as we push them back in. I would have expected LG to NOT have problems like that. One thing I do like is the shallow, fridge-wide drawer at the bottom of the fridge space; great place to keep thin items such as cheese slices that otherwise get lost among other items. Be aware that the shelves are fixed, not adjustable; they're at good levels to fit all the foods we usually keep on hand, but wine bottles do not fit except lying down.

Love the fridge but, Switching the door from a left-hand swing to a right-hand swing was much harder than it should have been. Now the door won't automatically close, we have to push it and make sure its closed because the hinge gasket is tight and rubbing, but it does seal and is a great fridge.

Refrigerator is great! However, I didn't realize Best Buy does not deliver in my area. They instead use a third party delivery service. It was a horrible experience! They didn't read their instructions, damaged my back door and made me jump through a lot of hoops to MAYBE get my door fixed. Still waiting on the third party insurance agency.

Delievery was fantastic. The guys putting it in were very professional and helpful. The Ritz of Delievery service. I will go to Best Buy every time due to the service.
