I had a side by side that I hated due to size restrictions within both the freezer and fridge. With this refrigerator the French doors allow large platters to be placed in the refrigerator. The dual freezer drawers allow one drawer to be utilized for what you access the most (think ice cream and frozen waffles )and the other for lesser used items (like vegetables and ice packs ). The in door ice and water dispenser is great and accommodates our large travel mugs. Overall we're very pleased with this refrigerator.

This is such a great fridge. Love the space and the double freezer drawers. Bright lighting inside and easy adjust shelves. So happy with this purchase

I love this refrigerator! We entertain often, and with the French doors I can make up large trays ahead of time, and can keep them in the fridge. I couldn't do that with the side by side. I like the idea of the double drawer freezer because we can keep meat products and ice cream in separate areas.

With a family of 6 it's hard to keep food in the fridge or get it to all fit! This fridge allows our family to organize our food in ways that allow us to have more food in the fridge and freezer at one time. We love the compact ice tray and water in the door and the convenience of 2 freezer drawers.

Love almost everything about this refrigerator. It is beautiful, resists fingerprints, keeps all food at proper temps.... my only complaint is the super-small ice maker. It makes the "cutest" ice cubes however, it only makes about 100 of them per day which equals about 50 regular ice cubes per day. If you can live with that...great refrigerator!!!

We went from a side by side refrigerator to this model and love it. Freezer has more room and enjoy the convenience of ice/water from the door. Runs very quiet also.

My husband was taken in by the shelving that will adjust to super sized water bottles, but the icing on the cake for me is the 2 drawer freezer. So convenient. Easily keeps things organized & accessible. Plenty of refrigerator storage & the interior lighting is an added bonus. This refrigerator is everything we want & I would highly recommend it. Very very pleased with this purchase.

I love the looks! And btw it works beautifully too. Perfect size, reasonably priced.

So far so good! It's quiet , lots of extra space, and ice maker works ! Had Electrolux refrigerator before , cost over $4,000 , malfunction on the very first day! My neighbor advise me to return the Electrolux for LG so glad we did . Love love my new LG refrigerator !

Best icebox I've ever owned, highly recommend it to anyone. Bigger than it looks when you try to fill it up. Shelves are easily arranged to what you need and the 2 freezer drawers are great keeps from having to open entire freezer to get an item.

I love the refrigerator. It's huge and have plenty of space in the freezer as well as the fridge. The noise is very low. I especially like the separate ice and water outlets on the door.

So far, so good! We've had this fridge for just over 1 month. We had just bought a new home and needed a fridge fast. We were set on a french door w/ water & ice dispenser and had to quickly do our homework. Lots to learn about fridges! We have standard depth counters (fairly standard builds) with an island in the middle of the kitchen immediately in front of the fridge. We were concerned a non-counter depth fridge would be too big and leave no room for one to stand in front of the drawers when pulling them out. Luckily, this one fits and we're not bothered by how much it pokes out from the counter and cabinet, which is about 6 inches. We chose this fridge out of many in this cu. ft range because it had the shortest depth (without handles). I'm certain that had we gone with a Samsung (which we were tempted to!) it would have been too big to where we would consciously be stepping around the fridge and wouldn't be able to stand in front of the fridge when pulling out the drawers. It works fine for us, but we're up against the island with the drawers right up against us when pulling the drawers all the way out. It's a very quiet fridge, has the cutest tiny ice cubes, and is a great size for me, the hubs, and mom. It's more space than we know what do with just yet! Water dispenser is conveniently located on the outside of the door wall which allows you to fill large bottles. The tray pulls out for resting large carafes or the keurig dispenser. And water pressure is strong! We've gotten used to angling the cups as if pouring beer so the water doesn't bounce back out. The two separate freezer drawers provides ample space. We also like how the 2-drawer models allow the drawers to be pulled out all the way versus the LG 1-drawer model with a tray inside. So glad we didn't spend the money for a counter-depth fridge. Yes, they do look clean but you pay so much for a noticeably smaller size. Do your homework and measure measure measure!

When my husband and I began thinking about a new refrigerator, we looked and researched. Every time, we kept coming back to this model. We LOVE the French doors for refrigerator access! We love how much room we have, especially over the holidays. The fruits, veggies and meat are in site so you don't forget you bought them. We love that one shelf is adjustable, so if you have taller items, like a gallon size pitcher, I slide the shelf to open up the space. The lighting is great! The two doors for freezer are nice to have. We store extra ice, small ice packs for lunches and small treats like ice cream bars in the upper section. The storage in the lower portion is good--better than what we had on top, plus sheer physics says the lower the items are, the colder they will be. I do think the filters should last more than 6 months, but we were doing a major renovation at the time, so I don't know if that affected it or not. I did find that I can get store brand at my local home improvement store. One problem we did have was with the ice maker. One day we noticed it just quit making ice. We researched online, we reset the ice maker, we did all sorts of checks and tests. Hubby finally called LG for a repairman. While waiting to schedule an appointment, he said he kinda slammed the door with the ice maker, and all of the sudden he heard water filling the ice tray!! Low and behold, we now have ice again! So we didn't need a repairman after all. The best part, is the price we paid. We watched this refrigerator online for almost 2 years. And we started to notice a pattern of when the prices dropped and found Black Friday and around the 4th of July, markdowns were the best. So last fall, I began watching the emails with the weekly ads. To my surprise Best Buy started Black Friday sales the first weekend in November!! So we got it 3-4 weeks sooner for the same low price! Remember to check area retailers too, as they do price matching. We found the warehouse store that we are members of had it for $100 less. Best Buy matched their price! Did I tell you I work hard for my money, so I try and get the best deal I can? After months of remodeling, we are enjoying our LG refrigerator in our new kitchen. We highly recommend this refrigerator!

I bought this refrigerator for our house built in 2002. The space for the fridge in our house is enclosed by cabinets. This fridge fit perfectly in the space allowed width-wise. however, it does stick out about 3 inches farther than our standard-depth counters. But it's so worth it! this fridge has endless space. We replaced a standard 10-year-old fridge with the freezer on the top. When I emptied the old fridge it was pretty full of food. when i put all that food into this new one, it seemed practically empty. It's got a TON of space. And we love the water and ice in the door. If there's one flaw with the fridge it's that the water and ice controls are not intuitive to use. When we first got the fridge, there were a couple spills when we pushed the water button because it just LOOKS like a button that you'd push with your hand. However, after spilling once each, we both have learned the pattern. So not enough of a hassle to rate this fridge lower. The thing we liked about this over the others is that there are two freezer drawers. we use the top one for things we take out often (ice packs, fruit for smoothies, etc.) and the bottom one for things like meat and leftovers that we're stockpiling. The other thing we liked is that the water filter is very accessible INSIDE the fridge, not behind it. Makes it a ton easier to replace it.

Bought this refrigerator when my 13 year old Kenmore bit the dust. I am tall (5'11") and really prefer a bottom freezer to allow easier access to the refrigerator compartment without bending. This model has good workable interior space. The double freezer allows quick access to more frequently used items with bulkier items in the bottom drawer. The ice and water dispensers are a real lifesaver -- the cubes are small and the crushed ice is truly "crushed." The outside controls are simple and I love the temp display. Plenty of room on the doors for bigger items like milk and juice, as well as smaller condiments. Drawers are smooth and quiet. The only configuration that isn't well thought out is the gliding interior drawer that requires you open both doors to access the drawer. This is the drawer where you keep lunch meat, cheese, etc. The handles are smooth and sturdy. The unit is fairly quiet as advertised. It reached the appropriate temp within a few hours after delivery and keeps everything fresh and cold. This is a great refrigerator and it meets all my expectations.

I can't speak any more highly about this product. From it's looks to the ample space inside and the ways the drawers and shelves seem to fit all of our needs. It is undoubtedly the quietest refrigerator we have ever had you can literally be standing right next to it and you can not heart it running. The only drawback to this unit is that during parties due to the ice bin being located in the door you can occasionally run short on ice. However if you plan ahead and adjust the output of the ice maker ahead of time this takes care of the issue. All in aal I would rate this product a full 10 out of 10.

Love everything about this fridge. Whisper quiet, gorgeous lighting. Really happy with the 2-drawer freezer; will undoubtedly save energy. Was a little worried that this big unit might look behemoth in my kitchen; it does not - it looks classy and beautiful. Love the small ice maker that gives full width storage to the top shelf, but the volume is lacking for entertaining guests. Still figuring out how to deal with that - but happy to do so. Would rather have the extra space. I'm sure I'll come up with something brilliant to adjust for that over time.

My wife and I can't stop raving about this fridge! It fit perfectly in our home! We had a side by side, and can't imagine how we fit our groceries in there now! The adjustable shelves our amazing! I keep finding additional space whenever I need to. Just purchased three Eddible Arrangements for the Mothers in my life, and they all fit in the fridge, without having to remove anything. I just adjusted the shelves!

I like the French Door design with the freezer portion in two drawers at the bottom because we rarely need to get things from the freezer so the French Doors allow us better usage of the ease to reach areas. We got this Refrigerator on sale for $1799.99 and didn't see anything at other stores we looked at that had similar features for this kind of price. Our salesman was very helpful so it was a good experience.
