The inside ice maker to get the big balls of ice...you have to pull the tray out to get the balls and if you forget to push the tray all the way back in the balls will fall behind the tray and even though I added fingerprint proof protection it's still gets fingerprints on it

We love our fridge! We bought it on open box and it just has a small dent in the front. The shelving is deep in both the refrigerator and freezer- it fits food from a Sam’s club trip for sure! The cocktail ice is just bonus.

Great refrigerator, nice new look and display, easy to adjust settings to whatever you need. Only had for a month, but all is good. The negative reviews about the ice maker and water dispense...ignore, those ones just need to stick to the old style they are used to.

Love the LG fridge! We replaced a Samsung that we had and couldn’t be happier! The Samsung is a great product but lacks on certain things like the ice maker. This unit not only dispenses cube ice but also makes cocktail ice(craft ice) balls which are a huge plus for us!

Coming from a french door style fridge back to a side-by-side was the best ever. The freezer is so much larger than our old drawer style french door, and we can find what we have. The Craft Ice is the best, and the instaview door is a fun party trick. LOVE THIS FRIDGE!

A lot more spacious than I thought. Once you download the app, its a lot easier to maintain, everything is nice and cold and has kept my food fresh a lot longer. I do recommend, and please consider the inurance as well.

Our last LG lasted 12 years, and we only changed it because the freezer seals were worn out, freezing our produce. I expect similar longevity from this, but it is not without issues: 1) extremely flimsy plastic shelves and drawers without any stoppers. We already had a breakage when the ice drawer fell on a lower shelf. 2) The ice-maker is very, very loud as when the ice falls a long distance into the thin drawer, it's like someone is playing the Taiko drums in the fridge. It wakes us up on the second floor! 3) The see-through door is not dark enough. The contents of the fridge can be seen in regular light. 4) The replacement filter prices continue to be outrageous.

Really satisfied with my new refrigerator and the price was good

Had to return the first unit bc of internal damage. Easy process. Working great so far. Sometimes the icemaker gets hung up and you have to manually loosen the ice inside. The craft ice maker is a nice extra. Bummed the instaview does not have an extra door to open just that panel. It's only knock to view. Overall working well and very sexy unit.

I got this fridge in a discounted limited time and since its LG and side by side, that makes it a perfect fridge for my house. It has lotf of storage for literally every food size! Love the different style if ice making :)

1 year late and we are still happy with this purchase, oh and the craft ice, we love it.

Looks great, and very practical for it can easily accommodate several tall containers (like gallon milk...) unlike most french door refrigerators with bottom freezer. And its design still gives 4 door french style look.
