I love the fact that it can be set for night time which decreases the light. It's roomier than I thought and is perfect for my husband and I. We love LG products.

We’re very respectful and handled the refrigerator with care. If I could give them 10 stars I would! They let me know every step of the way how long it would take to be at my home for delivery.

The led lights inside the refrigerator stoped working and it was hard to see anything.

The only downside is trying to take the shelving out to wash they are a very tight fit. I love the app and having ice on hand at all times!

The knocking is a plus even though I haven't used it yet. I love the novelty ice balls that the freezer makes. Perfect for my glass of whiskey!!! Plus the fridge is nice and sleek

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't blame the store for this, but when I received the fridge and plugged it in there was a beeping that was coming from the fridge every 30 seconds or so. I checked the booklet and it said that it may either be the temperature alert, or that the doors were not closed all the way. After making sure both doors were closed adequately and waiting for most of the day for the temperature to come to setting it still was beeping. We contacted customer service. They sent someone out. They said that we couldn't get it fixed and needed a replacement fridge. When I called LG to get this done after only having the fridge for 3 days, they said that it couldn't be replaced. That we needed to contact the store and have them take care of it. So my husband unplugged the sensor that was causing the beeping and now we don't hear the sound anymore. Will not buy this brand again though.

The beeping you were hearing is typically related to either the door sensors or a temperature issue. I use it all the time. The water on the front stops with no drips. The see thru door is definitely a plus too. 5*s
