I recommend the product if you buy it from a reputable appliance store that stands behind what they sell, like a Home Depot or Lowe's, but Best Buy H no and skip buying Geek Squad, it covers NOTHING!!!!

He showed me features and explained as well as sent me a video on how to use special features . The overall experience was great.

I have yet to get a perfectly round ball of ice and the shelf in the refrigerator has cracked. It went on sale for $400 less and best buy would not give me a refund because it was a little over 30 days. I would buy it again if I could get it for $1699. Not for the $2300 I paid though.
