I love my new fridge! And the delivery guys were amazing!

The referigerator was installed on a Friday. By Friday night, the water filter area was leaking. Called Best Buy and Total Tech since I had signed up for this. Total Tech was virtually no help at all. They don't know the products and ultimately, after several calls, are having someone come out in a week. That person(s) is not a bestbuy person but rather someone they farmed this out to since they don't have any geekquad people available to help. The jury is still out but I'm not sure how I can keep a refrigerator that immediately started leaking and Total Tech has an okay pitch but the reason test is when something goes wrong. So far, something went wrong and Total Tech wasn't there to help.
We are disappointed to learn that you have experienced multiple issues with getting this repaired. We would like to gather more information from you to expedite a resolution. 1 week after it was delivered, issues started appearing. There was a leak and the ice maker was not producing ice, along with the cosmetic flaws and dents upon delivery. Luckily bestbuy was able to replace it, rhough it took several weeks. So far the replacement has been ok, hope it lasts.

Fridge great but customer service pretty bad. First fridge delivered got dents on the door. It took us several weeks and calls to get the final fridge. They said that $80-compensation was going to be sent but nothing came through. Disappointing
