I requested a return/exchange and my order was cancelled the day before delivery was confirmed to occur! Now they are saying I’m outside of the return window! I’m stuck with a refrigerator I can not use!

If your Craft Ice tastes off, we recommend running a manual flush of the water line and replacing the water filter. To do this: Remove the current filter and install a new LG LT1000P filter.
Dispense and discard the first 2.5 gallons of water to flush the system.
Then, discard the first few batches of Craft Ice to ensure fresh water is cycling through. You can find more support and maintenance tips here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ong1rOxTmhw. LG side by side fridge

On June the 4th of this year it threw a error code and has stopped cooling completely on both sides. When we called for warranty work they said LGs are to hard to work on and that they wont come out and work on it. Whats the point of having buying the warranty when their to lazy to come out and do their jobs. I wont be buying LG or buying anything from Best Buy agaun.

The in-door ice maker is a horrible idea. It does not make enough ice because it is on the door. We have had two technicians come out and they have replaced all parts and it is still the same. The technicians stated that these frigs are most of what they see on service calls. And no matter what they replace, the ice output is always the same. They also said that the craft ice maker will ultimately go out. They see it all the time. We have resorted to keeping an old freezer in our garage for drink ice. It's sad and extra money. Not ideal when you buy a new frig.

Too bad it started leaking from the bottom the first day it was installed. Good thing i bought the geek squad protection plan. Gave 3 stars due to leak.

There is no door handle so the the doors slam. The inside drawers don’t have handles and the lip that you grab the drawer by is on the bottom so you have to bend down to the floor practically to open the bottom drawer. Of course there are only two drawers and they are on the bottom. The drawers cannot be opened without opening the doors to the fridge completely. Very poor design. But it’s pretty. I did buy some self adhesive drawer pulls that work well.
