Very happy with my refrigerator! Love the compartment’s spacing perfect for what I was looking for.

Super thick doors so you must roll the whole fridge away from the back wall to open the bottom drawers. No toe kick space on bottom so if you stand too close to it when opening, you smash your toes. You can't change the height of the shelves (body and door). So much wasted space since nothing is the height of the shelves. I had to buy bins to organize. I went up in sold volume, but down in useable volume. The bottom drawers open from the bottom so you have to reach down almost to the floor to open the drawers. The water comes out tepid, not cool and not close to cold. And it took a week for the water not to leave a white residue in my glass - this was probably 10x the amount that was suggested to throw out after installing the filter. Who designs stuff this way? Crazy

This product should be reported to the Consumer Product Safety commission. First the bottom shelf shattered. Then the door shelves had a cascading failure, with one shelf collapsing on the other and sending everything down onto the floor into a Bouillabaisse of high antioxidant red juice, plant-based milk, green olive muffuletta and broken glass. Luckily the one-quart glass bottles fell on the floor and not my feet or my two year old, as there could have been an urgent care visit. There are other annoyances like a temperamental craft ice maker that stops producing spherical ice and a lack of sensible storage space that requires Jenga level five skills to extract a snack. This refrigerator should be on the do not buy list and compensate anyone who suffered with it.

I give the item 3 as the ice dispenser does not work and the ice machine not making any ice

Item received with parts missing. When we wen to Best Buy store, we got redirected to geek squad and they have different. Umber to call. Provided all the information and images to them and then received a part that is no way near the images of the missing part. I cannot believe we have to go through with so mush hassle when they are the one who missed the part. How is this even fair?

I’ve had this fridge for a week and the craft ice machine is already broken. It’s spilling water into the container adding layers of ice to accumulate. Not to mention the terrible noice it makes while it’s happening.

Doors were un-level Tech could not fix them had to be returned.

We are very happy with this purchase. Our new LG fridge is beatifull and sleak. The size is perfect. It makes two types of ice cubes but my favorite is the craft ice. The ligthing enside is bright and the shelves are roomy and sturdy!!!

Excellent refrigerator. Very clean look. Lots of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. The ice maker is great also. The craft ice maker is to die for, the balls make for frosty drinks, that last. The knock window is also very handy and a power saver when you just are browsing without opening the door. Both my wife and i are very pleased and are going to the LG brand for all future appliances.

Beautiful to look at and so quiet I never hear it running. Very spacious. The view door allows me to see what is inside without opening the door. Just a knock and everything is visible. The craft ice maker is a big hit with the neighborhood gang. Duel ice maker is a big plus!

This fridge is awesome!!!!! I saw someone complain it’s not a door in door fridge, but if you just do a bit of reading before you buy you will see that this isn’t a feature of this fridge. So know before you buy, but the instaview is awesome!!! Craft ice is cool, and the UV light feature for the water dispenser was just what I need to convince my fiancé this is the fridge we needed. It’s quiet too, quieter than our old fridge for sure. The only feedback I would like to give LG is different lighting positioning inside the unit. Let me explain, the light is great and lights up the whole fridge/freezer. But inside the freezer, we like to keep pizzas on the top shelf. The boxes block out most of the light to the bottom of the freezer. It’s really just a nitpick if I had anything I would change about the fridge because it’s not a big deal at all, but our old fridge had the lighting on the side so we did not have that problem. So yea, 11/10 buy this fridge. I look forward to flexing that craft ice maker to my friends anytime the come over

I would say this is more of a 4.5. Fridge is a nice size. Feels very solid. Temperature never fluctuates. Super quiet. Craft ice is a plus. Connecting to app is a nice extra feature to control a few things like making ice and monitoring functionality. The only flaw that I have come across over the last year of use is the handle design. The handles are inside the doors when handles are normally outside of the doors and easy to grab. The handles take a lot of getting used to especially for the younger ones. Their hands are always all over the doors because of the placement of the handles. We also do not use the knock feature as much as we thought we would but it does add to the design of the fridge. I still would recommend this item.

We upgraded to this model and brand after our Samsung quit working and repair said it would take a Samsung repair person to fix it. Now I’m glad it broke because this is an amazing fridge and freezer. Tap it to see inside, outside access to water and crushed ice. Inside the freezer makes ice balls. Not the actual term but they are cool in a cocktail. Love it!

Great refrigerator and better than I expected quality. It looked like a decent refrigerator and at first I was skeptical about it being two bigger doors instead of each being sectional but I really think this concept for the refrigerator was smart and the two ice concept as well was a brilliant idea as well.
