I feel this was handled better than previous one. They were on time very professional. I had many business and I would want these men working for me. I’m not pleased where which country it was manufactured. Waiting on another one

Very convenient, and the kids can stick their magnets to it.

The door is so heavy it can pull from your hand and close with a “crash”. Repairman said there is no fix. You lose a bit of storage space, but space provided is minimal.

Worked effectively until right at almost 2 years. Now having parts malfunction. Will update after service crew comes and sees the situation but this is the first issue I've had in 2 years.

This biggest downside is the drinking water from the dispenser tastes like plastic, so I’m still buying/boiling drinking water. Maybe because new and I need to wait until it goes away, but we rarely use the dispenser because of that.
