The first replacement had a leak in the ice maker. They did replace it. The interior space is awkward with only the door for tall items. You cant open a crisper without opening both door. Needs better interior layout. Hard to see the dark words on front water/ice and have to hit the button twice to change modes.

I was checking prices and the service agent was so patient and helpful I decided to make the purchase then. They explained how credit card would return 10% after bill is paid. He stayed on the line while I processed the application and then helped me negotiate how to use new card to charge the appliances. Overall outstanding customer service. I will look to Best Buy first for purchases in the future

It's just as described and working as intended. The only thing of note is that the left door is noticably heavier than the right, being that the ice maker is built into the left door. So it requires more of a pull to open and is more prone to slamming shut on it's own. So I would store very light things on the left door shelves to not add onto the already heavy door. Other than that it's all good.

Needs to have a floor “kick plate” or cover plate to hide legs and vents on front bottom. Looks very unfinished. Fortunately old ‘fridge had one in good condition that luckily fit. Otherwise perfect for needs!
