This product has a lot of fridge and freezer space. Drawers are a little flimsy. The handle on the freeze pulls up, feels like if there was going to be a problem in the future it would be that. Also, water dispenser does not have a small water catch at the bottom,

So I Purchased the floor model of this refrigerator. When I was in the store it had no marks, dents or scratches. When it was delivered to my house, there was a huge dent and several scratches on the door. I told the Best Buy delivery team that I was not happy with the product and that I wanted a different one. They were terrific and said no problem. I was called a short time later by Best Buy customer service who apologized for the damaged item and stated that they would be delivering, a replacement refrigerator two days later. I Received an email the following day saying that it would be three days later. The Delivery date came and I received another email that morning saying that the delivery was canceled. I called Best Buy customer service and was told that replacements are not done that way and that I would have to go back to the store to see if there was another floor model available. And that if there weren't any available then they would send me a brand new refrigerator. I asked why would I have to go to Best Buy twice to purchase a product that came to me defective from their end. I was told that is the way the process is done. I had no choice but to go back to the store around 30 minutes after the phone call and explained the situation to Customer service there. They apologized and told me that Best Buy customer service should have just replaced the refrigerator with a brand new one and that It wasn’t necessary for me to come back to the store. The store then replaced my item and I had to wait four more days to receive the refrigerator. For each delivery date that I was given by Best Buy I had to Use vacation time from work To wait for the products that sometimes never came and I wasn’t given any kind of discounts or anything for my troubles. I can see why customers nowadays order mostly through Amazon. The refrigerator is terrific, but the customer service and the shopping experience was horrible

Ice maker jams. There is a poorly designed shelf that goes all the way across the fridge….so if you want to open the drawer, you have to open both sides of the door. Hard to get tall bottles to fit….you have to put them on the side. Not impressed….
