For this model, one helpful step is to reset the ice maker. You can do this by turning the ice maker off using the control panel, waiting about 30 seconds, and then turning it back on. Also, check that the water supply line is fully connected and the valve is open, as restricted water flow can prevent ice production. Came with a dent on the door so they gave us a gift card. Pulled it out recently for cleaning and saw there's a huge dent and scratch on top of it too. Couldn't see without standing on a step stool.
