Well, love my purchase however, not very happy about the delivery. My refrigerator was delivered by two non english speaking delivery men. I found it very frustrating having say, "I don't understand". My suggestion is have at least one engish speaking delivery man. Relaying important factor about purchase may be lost in translation. Be considered of english speaking households. Spanish is a "second" language.

Terrible experience. My brand-new refrigerator from Best Buy arrived with a dent, and the delivery team said customer service would make it right. I was told I’d receive a $150 gift card as compensation — but weeks later, nothing. I’ve called several times, and all I get are excuses and no follow-up.
It’s ridiculous that I have to chase down a company this big just to get what they promised. Between the damaged product and the lack of accountability, I’m completely done with Best Buy for appliances.
