We had this appliance delivered on August 3. In about 4 hours it reached proper temperature. Fit beautifully in kitchen -so much better choice than the cabinet-depth!!

I don't know if the problem was with the refrigerator or the stupid Total Best Buy Program (do not buy into that program - they are absolutely worthless. ) After two calls to Best Buy, to try to have them come back out and fix the problem with my brand new refrigerator, they never even had anyone call me back. I still cannot believe they did that to me. The ice maker and water were not working, so I had to pay someone else to get ir working ridiculous. I generally like this refrigerator but DO NOT buy it from Best Buy!! They were worthless. They still have not called me back even though I told them that the ice and water were not working!

This replaced our old LG, it's almost identical except it has wi-fi and 4 drawers instead of 3. I would like a light in the lower freezer drawer, kind of dark. The ice maker is still working ok after a month, but does clog if the ice isn't used regularly. I wish the lowest shelves were an inch higher so a gallon of milk would fit better. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I paid for an excellent condition and received a good condition one. Was told I had to take it back in order to get the right one but how should I be inconvenienced for their mistake. My husband picked up the fridge and they brought it to the car. When I checked it at home is when we realized it was the wrong one. Water dispenser did not dispense water and had to have LG come out to fix. Altogether an inconvenient experience!

I absolutely love this fridge. Love the water and ice dispenser. Can definitely put bigger water bottles to fill up. The inside of fridge is very functional.

Great refrigerator for someone that doesn't like all the finger prints that constantly show up on the regular stainless steel refrigerator whenever someone can't resist using this to prop themselves up. The handy 2 lower drawers are pluses for storing and separating frozen foods in an orderly way but don't expect to be able to stock up on items because it's just ample enough (to me) for freezing food for a couple. The ice maker built inside the door is a very genius idea and saves from having future problems such as ice buildup under icemaker. I luv my LG.

Great frig for the price. Much roomier than a side by side and the freezer drawers are right size and self closing. Ice maker could be better.

Spacious. Bright. Great ice. The only wishlist item I would like is a second ice maker in the freezer but so far, so good.

So far the overall performance has been good. Had a problem with getting crushed ice. Does not have a light for the water/ice feature.

Love this refrigerator-plenty of room in the freezer and refrigerator. Ice maker and water dispenser work smoothly and the best part is that it is printproof stainless steel.

Mario and the delivery crew are awesome. Best Buy taking more than 3 weeks to refund the purchase is ridiculous.

I was a little worried about the reviews, particularly regarding the ice maker. After a month owning and using this fridge, we are very happy with every component. Ice is fine and while the container is on the smallish side, it seems to make it fast enough for me not to have lacked any ice at any time during this time. I also like the music the fridge plays when you leave the door open for an extended period of time. Very useful! I usually not give 5 stars, but given that my expectations were so low, and considering what I paid for this one, can say that I am really happy with it.

Beautifully made, with attention to reality for all the variety of foods needing refrigeration and freezing--built so all is easily put away and easy to take in and out. It works very well, and we are very pleased. It's easy to organize and to keep clean. The crew of Best Buy people were all their usual reliable, knowledgable, and did their jobs most excellently---from sales to purchase to delivery to removal of the older broken down fridge and then the installation of the new fridge---every person was so pleasant and helpful and, once again, a great Best Buy experience.

Long story short - if you are looking for a new fridge reconsider LG for Samsung. If you are looking at Best Buy for a fridge (or any appliance), reconsider any other appliance retailer. If you want more details, read on. LG has long been synonymous with great products. Our home is filled with all LG appliances. We replaced our LG fridge with this new LG refrigerator. Although we got a great deal- partially from Best Buy because of delivery and availability issues - the fridge is nice but seriously underwhelming for the price. The ice maker is small and takes forever to fill up. Freezer drawers close on you when you are trying to get something else. Water leaks from the back - 1 week in we had to file a warranty claim (this is the second new fridge that did this - this fridge was the replacement from Best Buy because the first one was doing the same thing). LGs customer service was rude and wanted to argue about the water leak. Best Buy’s stand: not our problem anymore.

The smart cooling system keeps everything fresh and the ice and water dispenser is big enough even for my tallest water bottle. Plus, it's super quiet. I also like that I can use LG's app for control and troubleshooting. It might be a bit pricier than other models, but you're getting a ton for your money. This fridge is a win in my book! 5/5 stars.

Great refrigerator. Spacious, easy to see everything in it, and runs very quietly.

We replaced our 10 year old GE refrigerator, which had serious ice maker issues as well as limited freezer volume. The LG seems to be much better in all areas. It is best to keep the doors closed as the ice bin is in the lower temperature refrigerator door and can melt together. So, if you have a need to keep the doors open such as after a big shopping trip while you load things in, I suggest dumping the small ice bin ice and starting over. Note that you can store ice in the freezer drawer, anyway, as the small ice bin is only meant for casual use. This is not a problem, overall, as there is an audible alert when you leave the door(s) open too long. We love it!

Nice fridge over all, lots of space, the only two things I can say: first, the bottom large shelf above the deli drawer is not sturdy! Second, I just got an issue with the water filter where I’m getting drops of a powder from that area so I got Geek to inspect it and they couldn’t figure what is it, they suggested to change the water system and see if this resolve the issue!!
