Love the picture quality and sound is good! Flimsy feet, but I wall mounted it. Too many little buttons on the remote with the Home button in the middle.

This TV is perfect for our kitchen. It also works well with our antenna on the roof. It has a good picture and sound.

Finally a 27 inch tv. I was ready to throw out a still functional entertainment piece of furniture because the opening back in the day for a 27 inch CRT was common. Up to now it was a 24 or 32 screen size. Yet this unit provided for some nice features like picture in picture, good sounding speakers etc and with what is offered by today's cable companies like streaming video/audio I did get a little modern features so up to now this old TV had served a purpose. Yet the newer generation trumps these dinosaurs that even Goodwill will turn you away. Up to recently 27 inch LEDs hadn't been in the market place. Actually I found at the time of purchase only Bestbuy carried the LG 27-inch LED TV. For me the screen size for a small room was doable. My only negative is the small size remote control and my big fingers, I generally have to look to be sure I am getting the selection I want. I feel over time it will become second nature as all the other remotes I have about the house. For, the money all in all not bad. It has digital audio output, I do wish they provided an analog speaker output, but the work around (digital to analog) converter is readily available and cheap. I have an excellent sound system but the options for input comes in two flavors Bluetooth and an Aux cable. Hence in my case it's a small add on to buy the converter box to take digital down to analog audio. On a higher end TV, I would like blue tooth but I am ok with the digital audio output as a larger size Tv meant buying new furnishings to house.

I debated between the Samsung Tizen and LG WebOS. My reseach indicated that they were both pretty solid Smart TV OS's and I liked the slightly smaller screen size of the LG because there are locations in my home where bigger is not better. I'm happy with the decision. There are a few things I would change with the OS (does not default to a favorite app like YouTube TV), but I like the TV. I just ordered a Magic Remote, so I will be interested in experiencing it. I have not found much use for the ThinQ mobile phone app.

Great intermediate size LG tv for kitchen. Good sound and good picture. Hard to find a quality TV in this size. I only buy LG TVs.

Like the new tv very much. The picture is absolutely amazing. It is easy to understand and the remote is quite handy and easy to use. I am very glad I came to Best Buy to get the new television.

Bought this for our motorhome. works perfect, very nice picture, and easy to hook up to my hotspot. Now we can watch TV anywhere we get a signal.

We are happy with the picture now that it is finally set up right. It took some time to get YouTube tv working properly and basically the computer had to figure out that’s what we wanted. It was not available in the built in app selection or search functions, but magically appeared eventually. Still don’t know how that happened, but all good now. Geek Squad could not figure it out either and told us to call LG. We also have the insignia fire tv and this picture is much better. If you need a small tv this is a good choice since you can not get OLED in that size.

Not bad! Main menu is quick and easy to navigate. Speakers are a bit low quality, but nothing TOO complaint-worthy given how thin this thing is.

Great tv. Slightly larger at 27” makes a significant difference. Full 1080p is better than many of the 24” at 720p. Good sound from a small tv.

Bought several of these to put around my house and they are all great tvs for the price. I enjoy the apps and the picture is really clear. Love the magic remotes

I needed a small tv to hang in my kitchen. This “fits the bill”. I like that I can mirror from my phone or iPad onto the tv. I added a small sound bar and am very happy with my purchase.
