I can't tell you how much I am disappointed in tis LG Television I purchased this set as an upgrade to an LG 24 inch I've had in my kitchen for three years. I was particularly happy that this larger set fit perfectly under the kitchen cabinets providing a much improved viewing size.. I was particularly interested in the new technology designed to include the streaming services I use. This was important because I watch financial and news programs on one service and several other services for entertainment. I have ROKU installed to allow me to access streaming services not included in the factory installed selections. The initial disappointment was the interface. Startup does not allow opening on the ROKU HDMI. One has to go through 4 or 5 selections to get to the service I want. This is maddening due to the remote having very small buttons barely legible. When accessing the fubo streaming service installed the sound has to turned up double that when using ROKU making that choice untenable. I am also frustrated that the video/sound sync is so far off that it's like watching old fashioned dubbed movies. I have contacted LG on several occasions and have received prompt responses but with requests for more information or with directions to change the country of use, restart and revert back to the United States. If i am unable to obtain satisfactory usage, I plan to return the set and shy away from anything LG.

I absolutely love my purchase. I was looking for a 1080p resolution in a smaller form factor, around 27 - 32" but 32" LG TVs only had 720p res. So I went ahead and bought this 27" version, and so far I love it. The picture quality is great. It is a perfect fit for a tight space like I have.

Easy to set up just what I wanted made right choice

I got this TV for my Semi, Great TV LG did well with this one. I still use it daily.

The sound quality is worse than the outdated Vizio it replaced. Can be difficult to set TV timer for kids. Quick response from remote input, smoothly transitions through apps with little to no lag. Cuts off smoothly which I like. Perfect size for kids room.

The best picture I have ever seen! Vivid mode makes the colors and picture so amazing.

Love the LG brand for TV’s… I had a cheaper one in my bedroom and it was grainy, and hard to see if laying down… This is clearer and bright and clean…. I’ll only do LG from now for television
