When I dropped my cable television service, I realized my t.v. was an old model that would only operate with a cable service. With my new smart t.v. and a cheap (less than $10.00) antenna, I now get MANY more channels than I ever got with my cable service. And, it's free. I LOVE my new t.v. The reception is great.

Great TV. Fits perfectly in my bedroom. I was happy to see that it was over $100 less than on Amazon.

We did a return and a new purchase to be installed and educated with the product. The agent was "terrific" as I had expected from a previous purchase. I am a great believer of Best Buy, your policies & ability to deliver all of it. You will get great recommendations from me if ever asked.

this screen is larger than our previous tv so we needed to make room for it
this tv needed professional assistance to set it up
we are not that good at things like that so we are grateful for the geek squad
seeing it done by them was a blessing

Worst experience ever. TV doesn't work with our network. When I tried to return it the kid at the door gave me a hard time and tried to upsell me more garbage until I asked to see the manager. Then the girl at the return counter unboxed it, plugged it in and said it works fine. Finally, I was given a refund after hours of telling them over and over that I was sold garbage. Employees should practice customer service rather than threats and violence.

This was an early Christmas present for my husband. Peacock for wrestling mainly. However this tv has SO much to offer. Love it. He actually found footballs red zone. Something he missed since we go rid of Direct TV. Best gift ever.

We bought this for our camper for our toy hauler section and it picks up more channels than the tv in our main section. We don’t have cable or an antenna hooked up. Might get another for the main area.
