Still in the box, as it is for my camper. Never had a problem with LG before, so I am confident it will work as a secondary TV for the camper and take up less space that the 32 inch one it is replacing.

Wife loves it. This TV serves as a bedroom unit. The quick set-up program couldn't find our Wi-Fi so I went through the regular menu and it found it quickly. It's now hard to find smaller TVs that have multiple HDMI ports but this does.

Remote/TV slow to respond especially on streaming apps. When selecting a show on Netflix it goes halfway, stalls goes back to original position. After several attempts you get what you want. Remote buttons are small and don’t light up in dark room

We bought this for a small space in my wife's office. We were able to connect directly to our ethernet connection and eliminate all the other streaming devices.

Order what was supposedly an “Excellent” condition Open Box. What arrived was missing the remore and the screws to connect the feet. In other words, by BestBuy’s definitions it was “Fair”. I also was going to buy an “Excellent” condition 32” that was supposed to in stock at the store. Once the employee went to find it, they came back and said they had 2 Open Boxes. One was labeled Excellent the was labeled Good. He said both were missing parts and as such actually Fair condition. BestBuy is going downhill quickly.

The TV is a 27 inch, and the picture is often horizontally distorted. Otherwise, the picture and sound are perfect.

I bought this TV for my bedroom last year. My granddaughter needed a TV for her dorm room this year. I bought her this TV about a month ago. It is the perfect size for her room.

Had a little trouble getting the picture to the right contrast that I liked but overall this is a good TV. Would certainly buy another LG if the need comes up. First smart TV and my internet is not great but it seems to work well.

Needed a smaller tv for bedroom and this fit the bill. Unfortunately it was a big let down. Biggest complaint was it Would not stay connected to Wi-Fi, tried many configurations. Remote control was not intuitive and very confusing. Picture and sound quality was just ok. Returned it and got a Samsung that is a much better tv for not much more money.

Great product and price…..disappointed that I had to reboot the remote which i had to do an internet search to find the process
