Purchased for bedroom, especially to use the timer for sleeping. Can set for time on and off but if awaken during the night and choose to set off time again, way too time consuming.

Overall an ok tv. The remote buttons are jammed together. That's my only real complaint

I can't believe how little thought went into this design. We have a tight space that won't hold a 32" and this was the only option. Picture and sound are less than optimal. I'm not sure why they call it a SmartTV as it does nothing. But I knew those going in and could live with it.
What is completely unacceptable is the power plug sits in the middle of the back of the TV and plugs straight in, so it sticks out further than the TV. Pretty much every TV has power adapter on one side or the other and slides in from the side. They must have intended for it to be capable of being hung on a wall as there are holes for a mounting plate. But the power adapter plugs in directly below these and there is no way to get a mounting plate on the TV. Just an ignorant, dated design that no one bothered to test. LG should be embarrassed to have this in the lineup. I will be returning.

Worst return policy in retail. Lost Customer.

Not the picture quality that I thought.
Best Buy return policy is the worst in the industry.
15 day return policy for items that require cable service pairing, new cable ran, mount on wall etc. may have to be done by others, even in my case I had the flu for 10 days.
Called customer service no satisfaction, told me to call manufacturer. Will not buy from Best Buy too many other vendors with reasonable return policies.

Can’t even get it connected. Plugged in cables attached. Roku connected. Can’t get much beyond turning in with remote than doesn’t seem to be a way to move forward

I very specifically asked if this had all of the pieces and was assured that everything was there. I had already waited over 30 minutes after I arrived, now I have to go back to the store to buy another tv. There is no excuse for incompetence. Only the plus was included, no remote or legs.

WILL NOT WORK AS A REGULAR TV. Purchased 01-28-24 after
tech advised and assured it would work as regular tv as well.
Only wanted to watch PBS, hoped an upgrade from Insignia
purchased 04-01-24, and an upgrade antenna would make a
difference. The Insignia made clicking noises both turning on
an off. Sadly, after trying everything for 6 months, I have not
been able to watch PBS once. Cannot even get to a place where I can get the app with WiFi on, either. I am old. As a
survivor of Hurricane Ian, walking is so difficult; I cannot go
to the store. Best Buy, please help me locate and buy the
tv so that I can have this simple joy. Thank you.

Loses wifi

I have never been so mad at something I’ve bought. Most days it’s a $200 paper weight. It constantly loses wifi signal. Nothing else in my home has this problem. I even used the hotspot on my phone to make sure it wasn’t my home internet. I’ve googled it and there many of posts about this problem.

After spending a good amount of time setting up all the cables and speakers, we powered it up and saw a poor quality picture. No amount of adjustments helped the clarity I knew when the text of the screen savers was so fuzzy, it was the whole picture. Very bad. Waste of time and money. Returning this.
