Don’t waste your money

Bought for camp. Used less than 6 times and the picture stopped working. Had it just over 2 months. Tried to research solutions and fix it and nothing has worked. Has sound but no picture. Deeply disappointed.

Would not even turn on 15 days after purchase. Of course BB has 14 day return. Now had to send back to LG to be fixed.

I got this TV for a gift, bought it on Nov 29, 2023, gave it on Dec 25, 2023. Now it says "No Longer Returnable".

I needed a TV for my guest bedroom, and the 24" seemed too small while the 32" too big. This 27" was just right. This size is hard to find and costs more than a larger model, but I'm glad I was able to grab an open box sale on what may have been the last one in the area. The picture is clear; setup is relatively easy. It gets more complicated/time consuming if you want to activate more features, but if you just want to start watching TV/streaming, you are pretty much good to go from this trusted brand.

Fits our needs (and bookcase!)

Installation was very easy, and the TV itself is so lightweight. It fits perfectly within the bookcase we use in our RV room. Picture is clear and I find it very intuitive and easy to use.

nice clear picture!. I like a small tv and this sits on my 24 inch stand just perfectly. I dont like the remote. It is very hard to navigate with that weird pointer thing which is very slow. The enter button has a horrible hesitation and skips or makes two of the letters instead. and it takes forever to navigate the keypad to log into accounts.

Always bought another brand prior to this purchase. So glad we got the LG. Recommended by son and he was spot on. The picture quality is great. Added a soundbar so we could hear dialogue better and it's nearly perfect now. Easy to set up. Highly recommend. Best Buy was so helpful. Ordered on line and picked up in the store. Couldn't have gone smoother.

The LG-27" LED Smart TV is wonderful. The clarity of the picture is like being there. The other channels that you can get with this TV really make watching TV enjoyable. We are enjoying Pluto, Disney and a whole host of other channels that we have not had before. The extra channels are wonderful but the ease of using this TV and the clarity of the picture are what I enjoy most.

Set up is easy, wifi connection pretty seamless...No issue with picture but have not really adjusted for personal ideal settings.
Only issue is remote is HORRIBLE. Hardly any differentiation between control buttons besides volume and channel. Impossible to know what button to use if watching from bed at night unless keeping a finger on the central enter button, and their is always the possibility of hitting the adjacent channel hot keys meaning you have to find your home button and start over....

We needed an HDTV to replace the old standard definition one that we had on a kitchen counter - one that would fit under the cabinets.
We find that this one performs excellently and exceeds our expectations.
