The right 1/4 of the screen flickers

It also does it when there’s no input plugged it. I think I got a lemon. These go out of stock so fast that I couldn’t get a replacement. The rest of the screen was fantastic to look at! The RGB lights in the back is so awesome looking.

It does everything it says on the box. Great for gaming, etc. However, if you have more than one monitor, it’s a mess. Search online for “27GN950 deep sleep problem” and you’ll find a lot of stories like mine. Here’s what happens: Whenever your PC goes to sleep, the LG monitor disconnects from the computer in some more profound way than normal. When you wake your PC again, it act like the LG is not even connected. ALL of your application windows will move over to screen 2. Then after a couple of seconds the LG will reconnect, and ALL of your application windows will jump over to the LG display. So the net of it is, every time you sit down to use your PC in a multi-monitor setup, all of your windows get rearranged and plopped onto the LG. As far as I’ve seen, LG has never acknowledged the problem. Some people say it’s a problem with the DisplayPort “deep sleep” feature, and LG could implement a firmware feature to let us turn off deep sleep. I don’t know about any of that. I just know it’s annoying to use, and if it was still in the return window I’d return it.
