I always buy LG. there was never a doubt in my mind that all would be well. I had to Wait a long time to get these but the wait was so worth it. I am so excited to get nice ice cubes.This feature was one of my priorities. Delivery men were kind and respectful.

OMG!!! I love, love, love this refrigerator!!! It's HUGE and has so much space, so many drawers and lots, lots more. My favorite things are the middle pull out drawer that I've decided to keep a bit colder than the refrigerator for all of my fresh veggies and fruits. I also love the tap on front clear door to see what's inside and then I can open JUST that door and not let out all the cold! This is fabulous!!!

I am very happy with my purchase, I debated weather to get stainless steal or the new black stainless steal I am so happy I got the black stainless steal it has such a richer look and never shows any finger prints like my old stainless steal. It cost a small amount more for the black but worth every penny to not have to clean it constantly like you have to stainless steal. I will be replacing all my appliances out to black stainless steal.

This is a great refrigerator. Love the look through door as well as the door in door feature.

LG refrigerator is huge. Pros linear compressor with invertor. Measure the space out before install. Icemaker installed inside left door and makes enough ice for 8-10 glasses since the left door is unusually heavy it closes hard Water taste is horrendous. Even after disposing 10 gallons. Taste slightly better at 15-18 gallons Cannot keep tall bottles upright. Cannot use open baking soda box built quality plasticky inside

Good choice of refrigeration on all levels. Excellent amount of space and easy access.

I want to start with the size of this fridge is large for some to understand. I had to take the molding off the doors to get it in the house. Best Buy did price match the fridges From a competitive company and where happy to make sure I got the best value. This thing is great cools fast, easy access see through door to see what’s inside.(Which I use all the time) and plenty of compartments.

Appearance is nice. I like the feature not having to open the main fridge for just a drink.

First LG appliance I’ve purchased and I like it. Black stainless is all that and if and when I replace future appliances they will be this color. No smudges and looks great. To get nit picky, I did prefer the more “solid” feel of how the freezer door rolled out on the Samsung that I replaced. Having said that, it’s a minor preference issue and I’m glad I went with this one over another Samsung with similar specs.

Storage is awesome. Love the door in door access for beverages. Black stainless fingerprint free.

My teens love the knock feature, although the secret door is helpful for candy and drinks, it isn't a separate compartment. When I first saw the refrigerator, I thought the door in door feature was its own compartment, so when you open the main door there are still bins on the inside of both doors as well. That is not the case. So the Samsung showcase is pretty much the same as the door in door features, but a little less money.
