This is a terrific fridge. Lots of room and great access options. There was a plastic taste to the water at first, but we discovered the built in filter had not been fully seated, and once the filter was fully installed the water was perfect. This is a big unit. Make sure you got a door big enough to get it in the house. Even our large glass slider was barely wide enough.

I love this fridge and it's functions! The only downside of this fridge is that the gallons of milk and 2liter soda dont fit unless i take 1 top shelf off other wise it's great! But your carton of juices does fit. Love the options of middle freezer could change and choose it to chill wine! Have a nice freezer size aside of middle temperature changing temperature and easy to use!

After 4 months of looking for a french door refrigerator that fit our needs. I finally decided to make the purchase and invest on a LG, and I’m glad I did. Thanks to Mrs. Baudelia, -sales representatives at my local Best Buy, she made it easy to decide on the model. I have had the refrigerator for a few months and it’s awesome! All the compartments and the insta view is super convenient.

Love this fridge. Was not my first choice but am so glad I got it. The outside door is great for storing items that you use frequently so that you don't have to open the entire fridge. If you tap the window 2 times the light goes on which is a nice feature when it is dark and you don't want to put a light on. The pull out draw is great for toddlers to get their own juice boxes or snacks.

We purchased sight unseen due to COVID shut downs. It is not bad but not sure we like the way the shelves work. The ice maker is very limited on ice. We have found that using the ice plus feature and keeping the freezer at -6 is the only way to have enough ice for our family of 4. It’s a good refrigerator, but overall not great!

The refrigerator was deliver on time. the delivery men were very good and professional. They got the refrigerator thru my sidling doors with out a problem. I was impress. They put everything together with out a problem. Everything is working great. I had my refrigerator for 2 weeks so let see what happen. good so far.

So far this is a great fridge with lots of room and love the size of the ice!!

I normally love LG brands and decided to purchase the whole matching set for the kitchen. The freezer space is smaller than anticipated, thus making it difficult to store much meat during emergency times. Will purchase side by side door refrigerator next time.

I've been using this refrigerator for about a month now and it does not disappoint. Everything stays the perfect temperature. We like to keep bottle water in the flex drawer where they are the just the right temperature and easy to access. The door in door is great and will hold 2 gallons of milk along with a multitude of condiments.

I love my new refrigerator! I really love the middle drawer which has a variable Temperature and size. Trays fit in very nicely in preparation for entertaining and the drawers in the freezer were perfect for preparing cakes for being frosted. Also thanks Best Buy for refunding $200 for price match! What a great deal we got on this fridge. I couldn’t be happier.
