Simple story: Old Maytag fridge went out with no warning. Quick search of online adds showed Best Buy had best prices. Call two other price match guaranteed stores; neither had the model we wanted onhand and would require 4 day shipping. Got what we wanted in 2 days at BB and with a 20% discount, too.

I haven't had this refrigerator long, but so far I love it! I like how much room there is inside and the option to make the center drawer a freezer or leave it as part of the refrigerator. So far a great refrigerator. Happy with my purchase

We love the size of our new refrigerator. It does stick out beyond the counter more than the one before it, but I love the amount that it holds. I’ve found that clear plastic bins help me reach the jars way in the back and I love the middle drawer’s ability to change temperature, from wine, to frozen

Love the convenience of the glass right-hand door to store frequently used food. The drawer for meat and cheese is so wide that all things are displayed and I don't "lose" things anymore. I had a side-by-side before and love the French doors on this refrigerator for ease of storing and finding my food.

We are a big family and modified the kitchen to have a full depth fridge where only a cabinet depth was. This unit in 36x70 is cavernous. We were concerned that the ice maker was not big enough but not problem so far. We also are getting used to door in door. Over all this is a great unit.

I was hesitant at first to buy this refrigerator, it was pricey, even on sale. But I got it and I am so glad I did. It’s big and beautiful and I have so much more room. Love the glass door that you can just tap and see what you have. It seems like a small refrigerator within the large one!

Not quite the quality I would have expected. Waited for 6 months to write review so that it more accurately reflects the product. First, it’s two different colors. Shiny black on the body matte black on the doors. Weird. Second the door attachment is very shady for the product of this expense. Often times The left-hand door opens and a center gasket bar is often times in the way when closing. This forces you to put down whatever you’re doing in manually fold the gasket closed so the door can properly close. Third, the same gasket often times doesn’t close and leaves a 3 to 5 mm gap between the doors open to the refrigerator. Overall for the cost involved I think three stars is generous.

We paid less than half for this floor model with minor damage at a side we will never see. Tons of interior room and the ice maker has kept up with our high demand. Like the access door more than I would have expected and the pull out drawer is nice too.

This LG Refrigerator has been great. We love the door that you can tap and see some of the items inside the door. This has been a great feature that our previous refrigerator did not have. Also the Pacific Sales Customer Service was great and assisted us with selecting the best product for our needs.

Best fridge I've owned so far. This replaced my older samsung which compressors dont last past 8 years. My buddy's LG fridge is still going strong over 16 years old. The medium settings are really cold on all the drawers. The glass exterior makes it look very elegant. Excellent fridge

Fits in the space great, holds drinks in the door and out of the way. Can hold two gallons of milk, a dozen plus 20 oz bottles and another dozen cans of soda. Can be a little noisy when making ice but is noticeably less so than previous ones weve had.

I love the window on the door, how spacious it is and the ability to move the shelves for everything to fit properly. The freezer drawers are also very spacious and has and extra shelf for flat items

This refrigerator has all the important features and has worked like a charm. The extra room made such a great difference for Thanksgiving. It is also very easy to organize everything so that finding what you want is simple. The lighted window glass has saved us a lot of open door time!!

This refrigerator is well appointed, with plenty of areas set apart for easy organization of your groceries. The light comes on when you knock on the door, which some folks find endlessly fascinating. It’s a very nice refrigerator and I hope it serves its purpose for many years ahead.

Well after 4 refrigerator's we finally got one that works, or that was not out of stock or did not have a dent in the front. And we love it. Very happy with the purchase. Best Buy's team was there to support us all the way. The guys and gals up there went above and beyond to make sure we were happy campers.

I love this product. The partial door compartment keeps all my favorite little items...condiments, water, pop, nuts, etc.. The unit is huge. lots of drawers and deep enough for party trays. I'm not sure if the knock knock feature has any real value but it is cool if you want a wow factor.

I wanted a fridge that has a lot of room for large food like hams and turkeys. I also wanted to have room for trays and large casserole dishes. However, the trade off is door storage. I bought a few trays for condiments and it is a perfect fridge!

Refrigerator is excellent. Very efficient and allows you to be very organized. The LG factory filter is terrible. Could not get the plastic taste out even after dumping 5 gallon of water. Had to replace, initial taste was still plastic but have improved.

Good and bad, much more room than we thought, my wife can’t even reach the back of it so plenty of storage. Love the front glass door for ease and wine chilling drawer. Sticks out further than we thought so be careful is you have shallow cabinets or a close island.

We are happy the LG Instaview refrigerator. O our old one is LG as well which is running fine after 15 years purchases from BestBuy. Delivery team was great. They provided frequent updates on delivery day. They were very professional.
