Love this fridge. It goes well with the rest of my appliances, which are not the same brand. It's a great size for my family. The freezer is huge which is a plus. I do wish i can store more taller bottles in the fridge, but the door holds quite a few things. I have two gallons of milk, half gallon of heavy cream, a thing of coffee mate and a bottle of water in the door, so that's quite a bit of room. Love the smart app and it tells you when you need to replace your filter and turn on your ice maker from your phone.

Even cooling. Love the craft ice. Stainless steel inside makes it feel more luxurious, and also more energy efficient. Instaview is nice for everyday things

We are loving our new fridge. It's so pretty. Can't wait to try the crafted ice feature. The capacity is perfect for our family. The dimensions fit into our space just right. Delivery was easy and efficient. Instaview feature helps save on opening frequency of the doors saving energy. French doors with the bottom drawer pullout is so much better than our previous refrigerator that we had. We constantly had to crouch down low to see items in the bottom far back resulting in forgotten food that would go to waste. So we are saving on energy and food cost!

It’s a great fridge! The larger size and craft Ice machine is worth the extra. I Highly recommend the black stainless steel it looks great!

I give 3 star rating because like any other LG products, this is an outstanding refrigerator with top of the line features including craft ice maker for Single Malt lovers !!! Unfortunately the dimensions are too large and it could not be delivered into the house. I wonder why LG would design such large sizes when most US sub divisions are following the cookie cut approach and all door dimensions are straight.

Took 4 tries but they got ti right nice frig the spacing takes some time to get use to but overall very nice unit

Love this fridge. Bought for the French door and craft ice feature. Freezer takes some getting used to but that’s expected for a bottom drawer freezer.

Taking off a star for the delivery issues. It’s truly a work of art. The depth is incredible as my wife cannot reach the back. May sound dumb but the craft ice dispenser was the main reason we bought this. It made the kitchen looked remodeled. Only drawback was how wide it was. During delivery they first had to take off my door, then the handles of the fridge, eventually the doors completely. Then one of the stainless doors was scratched. Since it was purchased online I had to deal with them. . For my trouble took off $100. Thanks. You’ll probably knock off a grand to sell it in the store.

Love this refrigerator! Plenty of room for all our food and the kraft ice is a bonus.

Great product, plenty of room. Only complaint is the craft ice is not fully spherical. There is a small indent on each one. Otherwise keeps my food cold

Love the quick access door - really convenient for commonly used items. Craft ice is neat, but takes forever to make. Smart/Wi-Fi features are pointless also. A word of warning about installation. Even though dimensions were same as old refrigerator, the sides have a slight bow which was enough for it not to fit in existing cabinet. Also, power cable comes out of top front “hump” which houses door hinges which caused problems for existing cabinets above refrigerator.

It wonderful. Love the crafted ice. The only thing that would make it better is for larger capacity in the upper ice maker.

Well I have had this just over a week and the only con so far is that it takes so long to make the sphere ice like up to 18 to 30 hours for three spheres. But then again unless your drinking that many drinks you should be fine. Other than that we love the fridge had a bit of time with Best Buy and we had to return the first one because of a dent when it showed up. Then they wouldn't really discount it on the spot but for a best buy gift card but then put it the store for like $700 off don't understand that but... overall it is a nice fridge.

We absolutely love our new refrigerator! It is large with plenty of space for everything. The craft ice maker is a fun added bonus!

It seems to be going alright with this refrigerator. Ice maker works well and produce ice quickly.
