It is a great sound system, that enhances the TV. I liked the mounting system that holds the TV, so that is is a solid unit.

After moving into my newly constructed home, I set it up about a week later but found that it wasn't working despite my attempts to fix it. I returned to Best Buy and consulted with the Geek Squad, but unfortunately, they couldn't resolve the issue either. Ultimately, I purchased a brand new set, and I'm pleased with the replacement product.

Music is fantastic but the voice reproduction leaves much to be desired. If there is any background music being played while there is dialogue taking place, the music overpowers the voices making the dialogue impossible (not nearly impossible but impossible) to hear. If there is no background music or noise the dialogue can be heard fairly well.

But the rear speakers the owners manual says to use are no longer made. No other rear speakers will work with this unit.
