One simple thing you might want to try is checking if LG Sound Sync (Wireless) is turned on your TV before you attempt to pair them. On a lot of LG TVs, if the TV is still set to internal speakers or another audio output, the soundbar won’t show up as an option. Also, just make sure the soundbar is in BT Pairing mode (you should see “BT PAIRING” or “BT READY” on the display) before you search for it on the TV. I first purchased a less expensive LG model with rear speakers and had to return because I couldn’t get the volume to go up or down. Spent twice as much on this model, and although the volume control works, the sound is horrible. Worse than the TV sound. Have to turn it up to at least 30+ to even hear it. Voices are soft and everything else too loud. I have an older mode LG sound bar that sounds fantastic, but they don’t make that model any longer. Assumed that this newer model would sound even better, but definitely not. I have three LG TVs, and I have tried both sound bars on all TVs. The old version works well on all three and the new version doesn’t work well on any of them. The older sound bar has a menu that you can see on the sound bar and the newer one does not.

Where’s fine for 15 days then it started disconnecting randomly and as of now I keep resetting it and resetting it there’s no way of getting my money back but hey that’s just what happens when you buy used

They upsold us! We got a QNED mini and this soundbar, which works okay, but it's really for the LG OLED evo C series.

Bought an Open Box Excellent condition. Was missing screws and the power cord for the subwoofer. I had to spend $20 to correct this.

Personally I think the wow orchestra Q symphony anything where you are using ur tv speakers with a sound bar is a gimmick. This is my own opinion. I just felt it didn’t work all that well. Personally you need to bypass the tv speakers all together. And just stick with a good sound bar.

there seems to be a problem. once in a while the sound bar turns off when changing tv stations or going between dvd player and tv. and it is impossible to turn it back on. Have to turn the tv off andwait a couple of hours

Was broken and didn’t work. I tried to reset it and it didn’t work. Keeps shutting down after 1 minute
