    AC is as described, easy to install, and works very well. Best Buy delivery was amazing, I ordered it on a Monday and it showed up on a Wednesday, even better it was free delivery. Can't beat that.

    Seems to work well for a small office, slightly loud, but not too bad in Eco mode. Tough to install though with OEM sleeve (which fits horribly).

    The AC is cool but just like some other buyers, there is a 50/50 chances in getting a loud fan noise unit, the fan speed at F1 is already like F4 at maximum on other AC units, F3 on this LG is really loud like turbo jet engine! There is no way to have conversation even a few feet away from it, and definitely not for bedroom. I contacted LG and was told that this is a defective AC, Best Buy has the best customer service in taking care of the return.

    My AC broke, needed a replacement. After looking at several listed, chose the LG. Had a bit of a setback, having to return the first due to damage. Now all installed, I am as cool as a cucumber. My nights are of pure bliss, sleeping comfortably.
