After a while, the power does not shut off properly. The motor still runs after shut off button has been turned off. Need to press the outlet button or unplug to completely shut it down. 2 units with same problem.

I don't know how it works because we had to go back and buy the sleeve which has to be ordered and reinstall it...Poor communications all around from Best Buy and LG...It's probably a good deal if you paid $350 or so. Not so much at $500 plus...
