delivery took very long time and AC is really loud and really weak, only get it for small room, otherwise i would not recommend it on the other hand it was easy to install, it came with a little crack too

Five stars. I pulled up to a numbered parking spot, I tapped the yellow button in my email and entered my car make and model. It took no more than 5 minutes before someone was at my car. I have done curbside with other companies like Microcenter it took close to an hour. Excellent job Best Buy.

Did not cool the room. After numerous calls to LG, they decided the compressor was not working. Problem is they want me to take the unit to their service center 50 miles away! What????

Purchased for our bedroom which is 12x12 and even when i leave it on all day on 60 full blast the room is cool but not cold. Its pretty week. I do not recommend.
