This is the fourth wall air conditioner I've had. It was the fastest to die. I'm so angry that I spent so much money for 2 years of air conditioning. I found black spots on the vents - mold. I opened it up, more mold. None of my other air conditioners grew mold, so it must be the design - maybe not draining properly. What a waste of money.

Terrible, purchased 2 for a rental unit. one was bad right out of the box. the other failed less than 2 months later (2 weeks after return window) avoid buying -- this is junk

I wouldn’t recommend this air conditioner. I feel like it was a waste of my money. I would’ve brought it back to the store but I discarded the box before trying it out. Not at all happy with this purchase. ☹️

I installed this unit and it doesn't work. Now I have to return it to the store and get a refund. Then I have to reorder and wait longer in the hopes the new A/C works.

I ordered this A/C unit and the recommended sleeve. The installation directions were worse than worthless--it is almost impossible to install the A/C by following the steps in order (the way that you are supposed to stick on the padding means you can't install the unit without tearing off the padding). I tried calling customer support, but the agent was unhelpful and said I should read the instructions. There is no installation video for this unit (there are LG videos for the window A/C units, but not the wall unit). I didn't know that the unit was supposed to stick so far out from the wall (again, no instructions with the sleeve, no video or even photo of the unit actually installed in a wall, no help from customer service). After a lot of trial and error, I managed to get it installed (sticking way out from the wall). The only good thing is the unit works like it is supposed to.

I am disappointed in purchasing this unit. Everything that people said in regards to its poor quality is true. 12x12 room and the unit does not cool the room at all. It does work bc its loud and only cool when u stand right in front of the unit. The unit is on 60° and on the highest fan and still poor. I'm very disappointed. what a waste!
I am going to look into purchasing a different unit and get my money back for this. I hate returning things. The hassle alone is an absolute headache! LG, I am sorry, but I'm going to return this product and look into another manufacturer. I tried.

I had a horrible time with this air conditioner. I mounted it into my wall and when I tried using it IT WOULD NOT blow cool air. I called LG and they told me it is defective so basically I was given a defective air conditioner that doesn't even work. Also I canceled this order yet best buy still delivered it to me super late.
Very upset with both LG and Best Buy.
