I like this machine. Its very useful n work done very well. Also like desin Steam helps me not to go dry cleaner store. Save money for electricity n water too.

In the several loads we have washed so far, it has made our clothes brighter and cleaner than any other machine we've used so far. Yes, you need to keep the door open after the load so it doesn't get musty, but that's minor for the quality of the wash.

This is the first time we have spent more than $50.00 on a washer so it was a pretty big purchase for us. It has been worth every penny. It's efficient, easy to use , quiet and quick. We love the different settings and that you can customize settings if needed. Water does collect in the door reservoir but we simply wipe it out after each use and leave the door open when aren't using it. This helps it to dry out and avoid mildew.

Very efficient, definitely uses less water and detergent and gets my cloths cleaner than the upright washer I had, the high speed spin cycle really cuts down on drying time. No problems with it other than there is a small knock/hammer in the pipes when the water/load sensor is operating.

We bought this washer 2 months ago and love it. It cleans great, is nice and quiet and seems to be very efficient. It holds a lot of clothes too. It spims so hard that our clothes come out a lot dryer than our old top-loader so the dryer doesnt have to work as hard. Love the little song it plays when done! Way better thana stupid buzzer.

At first glance, I thought I'd need a degree to work this but it turned out to be pretty simple. I love the default programmable feature and i love the little song it plays when it's finished as I always forget about laundry once I walk away. Also love that the clothes are barely damp after spin cycle. I haven't used all the features yet but so far it works wonderfully.

We bought an LG pair last December and are very happy so far. They were rated to be high quality and low need for repair, and so far there have been no issues. They look great if you like the graphite look, they are quiet and are packed with features. Clothes come out clean and smelling great.

Had an similar LG at previous house for 7 years, never had any issue, quieter and more efficient than the top loader it replaced. Got this one for the new home. Best Buy delivery is faster and cheaper than Home Depot or Lowes. Installation was a breeze, never had any issue 7 month later, same solid performance you'd expect. Once properly balanced, no shake, no vibration, no issue of any kind. I expect the same performance out of our 2nd LG

Pleased with this washer, dryer set. We have some of the highest water rates in the nation, so the efficiency should help lower the water bill. It is an attractive set and plays a catchy tune when the cycles are complete. Contemplated returning, but found a solution. We have a second floor laundry and this machine has crazy vibrations on the high spin cycles. Most of the pre-programmed settings use the high or very high spin cycles. The entire second floor of the house shook. I have learned to adjust each load to the low spin option and have found great improvement in that. The clothes are not as dry with the low spin, but I have not seen much difference in the dry time. I would not recommend a front-loader if you have a second floor laundry. Quite a few of our friends have the same set in their basements and do not experience the vibration problem. I should have researched a little longer. All in all, the machines are a great purchase.

After purchasing a Samsung and hating it from Best Buy, I purchased this LG and on the first load, it did wonders compared to the Samsung. I love its functions. And the BEST part is that, for the normal setting, it takes a few spins to get an approximate time for your load. So each load is different, most take about 35 minutes, and that is amazing. We have a family of 4 and 2 dogs and I do ALOT of laundry, so this is the perfect fit for us. And I LOVE how easy it is to use, and how it lights up to show your what setting you are on, AND that you can save your most used setting, that all you have to push is 3 bottons. It has a quick wash feature but I rarely use that because on the normal wash setting it already measures how much time is needed for how heavy the load. The quick wash is only 10 minutes less. I havent really used any other settings but so far I LOVE this machine and I am very pleased with this! With any front loader, you do have to wipe out the inside and make sure that you maintain the inside to keep its life in good condition. Is quiet, not much vibration, but it does sound a little odd how it squirts into the soap bin to extract the soap. But overall this is super and I coldnt be happier!!!

Life truly is good with this washer and dryer! I love them,My old ones were Whirlpool Cabrios. And they were the extra large loads. I could wash and dry a king Size comforter in them. These aren't quite as big, but,the job they do is amazing! We looked at reviews on so many brands, before deciding on these. And we are extremely happy with our decision on buying these. I would and have recommend these to all my family and friends! We also own a French door refrigerator and a window A.C. from LG....

I have had many Maytags and Whirlpools over the years, but the LG outshines them all! It is quiet for condo living where the laundry room is nearby, and very efficient. The sensing feature uses water level efficiently and spins it out to practically dry! I love the little tunes when it starts and finishes! Great job LG!

Very nice looking machine that works just as good as it looks. Very easy to use and cleans clothes in a shorter period of time then my last machine.

Overall, great washer! Fits blankets and large loads. Quiet compared to other washers and very easy to use (my toddler sets it for me).

The washer was a great price for all the features it came with, and the installation was so easy we did it ourselves. Even though it uses significantly less water than standard washing machines it still get's the clothing clean, except for chlorine! After swim lessons I have to rinse the kids suits and wash them twice for the smell of the chlorine to be tolerable. It is inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Finally, the control panel is so easy to use even my 3 year old can start a load! I love my washer!

When my GE front loader died after six trouble-filled years, I did the research and ultimately decided on this LG unit over competing models from Maytag and Whirlpool given LG's record of higher reliability. After six weeks, I have not regretted my decision. This model can handle a large load of towels with ease and the spin cycle gets the excess water out, so my clothes are spending less time in the dryer. I also enjoy how quiet the LG is after suffering through years of noise and vibrations from my old GE washer. I also like the variety of wash settings - there always is a setting that fits what I need to accomplish. I also want to compliment the Best Buy delivery crew for their great service. Not only did they arrive when they said they would, they also removed the old unit and installed the new LG in less than 40 minutes. They gave me a quick review of how to operate the unit and made sure there were no vibration problems before they left. Mark me down as one satisfied customer!

We have had these units for about a month now and are very pleased with their performance. The high speed spin on the washer gets much more of the water out of the loads so that the dryer time is really reduced. We normally use the standard wash cycles with our normal laundry, but we had a chair cover that had a dark soiling from pets sleeping in the chair. We had washed this cover in our old machines, but they could never get the soiled area clean. We thought it was a permanent stain and were ready to give the chair away. We washed this in the heavy soil cycle with the prewash setting and it came out looking like new. We were very impressed.

this machine cleans clothes great. it uses less water and is very quiet my wife loves washing clothes that's great for me.

Purchased this washer and matching dryer as open box items - check with your local Best Buy and ask for open box - could save you a penny or 2! ;) Love the wash cycles, and look of the washer. I've used every single cycle, and will probably continue to use all for different types of things I have to wash. I also love that it's not noisy, I've used 2 other LG washers (parents house, and house i rented), and this one is less noisy I've noticed. I also haven't noticed any type of mildew smell (i've had the washer for about 3 months), but i have been leaving the door and detergent dispenser open to dry. I also do not use liquid fabric softener, so not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Have had no problems with this washer, and it seems to do everything well. I would sometimes like to do a small load, and it does not seem to have such a setting. The manufacturer's customer service was excellent: when there was a clanging noise, I called and they knew exactly what the problem was and how I could fix it without a service call.
