    I bought this in March it is very quiet and worked well. The normal wash cycle does not add enough water in. I have been having to wash all my cycles under deep wash. June 09,2024 my washing machine broke the tub will not spin properly and continues to fill with water. Very disappointed but hopeful the warranty will cover and fix the issue.

    Wash machine has a bad shake during spin; I have leveled it multiple times the best I can, I believe it's due to the motor being direct and not belt driven. I have the extended warranty as I worry it's not normal; but asking best buy and seeing other videos online it seems to be. Just hard to believe. I did exchange a brand new Insignia set for these as the Insignia was much louder but had a much quieter spin.

    After 5 months use, the washer is working well. It automatically weighs and distributes the load, then determines the water level needed. Clothes come out well and spin cycle removes water better than the Maytag it replaced. None of the "walking" due to poor load balance that plagues some cheaper units.
