    Ventless. Takes longer to dry and if you don’t empty out the water entrapment after every wash, you run the risk of leaking water all over the floor.

    As far as the mechanics of the machine it works just fine. I purchased it when I was forced to cancel an unfulfilled purchase of another dryer. BB had delayed its delivery from date of purchase 10/24 to 12/31. On 12/2 I had enough and asked (on the phone) for help in finding a replacement. They did not tell me it was ventless. They did not tell me there was a water reservoir at floor level that needed to be emptied (too low for me). The delivery men refused to change the direction of the door opening telling me that needed another appointment. Ask these questions before you purchase.

    My dryer was 15 years old so getting this old for a laundry closet that still had the right dimensions while having new modern features was what I was looking for and this filled all my needs.

    I purchased this set from your Morehead NC store on 7/28. The second time I used it, it did not turn off and got so hot it was smoking. Fortunately, I was able to turn it off before it caught fire. Now it won't spin. I have asked to return it since I was told I can't get it serviced for another month, but was told by the store manager, Chris, it was not possible. I will not be purchasing anything from Best buy again.
