I didn't need to go to the store to get it because the online site had a precise measurement and was the same size or even a little smaller than my last washing machine. It works wonderful does everything I needed to do and I do trust Best Buy when it comes to any type of mechanical device.

Don't even try to wash a pillow. I do like the large glass door for loading and viewing. It decides how much water to use so if you put in a throw pillow it just sits in the middle and doesn't hardly get wet. It certantly does not get clean. Tub tends to hold dirt. After washing clothes you need to run the tub wash cycle, which fills the tub to clean it , wasting a lot of water that could have been used to clean the clothes. I have only had it 8 days and maybe I will figure out how to use it better - but I would not recommend it to a friend.
