The washer is easy to use. I can see through the top glass door when it is washing. It is kind of fun to watch it from time to time. It also looks durable and I hope that it will last many years and I enjoying using it for my laundry.

This washer is fine, but due to a poor experience I had with the dryer I bought at the same time and the company itself when trying to return within the holiday return window, I would never purchase a large appliance from Best Buy again. And if it does end up not working, I already know from previous experience that the manufacturer will not be helpful. This washer doesn't make much noise and doesn't take long to complete cycles. But still, if you needed both a washer and dryer, I would buy another brand and purchase at a store that actually honors its holiday return policy, because Best Buy does not.

I LOVE my new washer! It's easy to operate yet has everything I need. Easily set up, and gets my clothes very clean and smelling great.

LOVE my new washer! It’s much quieter than my old agitator type washer. I can fit the futon cover in with no problem and it gets clean. I like that it determines how large the load is and therefore how much water needed.

This washer is so quiet and it has a large capacity tub. It seems to clean just fine, no issues. The digital display is a nice touch. Has a longer wash cycle than my old one.

Just moved into a new home Researched extensively high rated washing machine. The top load LG received the best overall reviews from consumers. Purchased this LG model and am very pleased with its performance. Like the easy way it works especially for a non tech person Has all the controls needed The capacity is large enough for bedding. The only downside I noticed is the detergent dispenser holds a bit of water after the load is completed. I leave the lid open and dispenser pulled out to dry after the wash is finished or empty the water out which is a bit inconvenient.

This a great washing machine. Easy to use and clothes come out clean. this is the second one. The first one lasted over 10 years with no problem
