Had for about a month now so far been happy. Pretty quiet and efficient

very satisfactory once I got used to the digital controls; very roomy basket; seems to use less water and so quiet until the lovely chimes when wash is finished. I would love to see clearer instructions, however, but do not think the computer savvy folks will have a problem.

I really like this washer. I can wash my king size mattress pad and lighter bed spreads. I had to get use to the water level, but I am old and but was determined to try it. It works great.

This is a really good washer! I checked with consumer reports before buying this model, but also found Best Buy to be the most personal and informative place to buy it.

Bought this as a gift for my parents since their current one broke down. They wanted one with an agitator and this was the washer that checked all of the boxes. On top of that, it was on sale with Best Buy. My parents love this washer and I’m sure they’ll be happy with it for years to come.

I am really happy with this appliance. The delivery and removal of my old washing machine went quickly and smoothly. The washer is larger than I expected, however, it delivers everything I expect. The spin cycle really shortens the dryer time. I would definitely recommend Best Buy!

I chose this due to the high ratings and low price. I went from a top loader, no agitator and feel like my clothes are cleaner using this one and, at several hundreds of dollars less than my top loader was, I am much happier with this purchase.

Nice washing machine & is pretty quiet. There's a bit of a learning curve to figure out all the settings. Not alot of information in the instruction manual that comes with it, but a more detailed manual is available online.

So far it is quiet and works well. I’m very happy with my first LG product.

Watched three operation cycles of machine and was very impressed. Then I observed the cleanliness of the clothes. It sure looks like LG got things just right with this unit. Very impressive for the new high efficient washers.

Love our new washer. It spins at first to figure out how much clothing is in it, then adjusts the wash time - so different from our old washer where you had to pick the size of the load. Fun to watch with the glass top. Spins so fast - our clothes are so dry that our old dryer thinks they're dry with the sense-drying and just stops after a few minutes! Great purchase.

Our old washer was 30 years old and gave good service. The biggest issue was that we wanted a simple to use washer that didn't require a lot of interfacing. This one fit the bill and was easy to start, use, and learn. Our biggest problem with it was allowing to save water consumption! It is great!
