Have owned this washer for 2 years now and have had any problems with it. Many features on it for everyone. No problems with liquid detergent or pods. It likes to save water so it may seem like it doesn't fill up with nearly enough of it but it does the job great. If you're concerned it's not getting enough water for your load you can just hit the water plus option or tell it to rinse up to 3 extra times.

It's so quiet and is actually very easy to use. Even on high speed spins can not hear it unlike my old washer

I bought this LG washer to replace my previous LG Tromm front loader that lasted over 9 years. I am pleased with the function of this new one. It has a few new features such as the door stop that allows the door to stay slightly ajar and dry out in between uses. I do wish this one had the inside light in the drum that my old one had, but so far it hasn't been a problem. I haven't used all the wash cycles yet, but the ones I have used all work well.

This washer does a great job on all types of clothes. Uses much less water than our old top loads.

The washer works as expected. We have steak, multiple cycles and it is very quiet. Very happy overall.

Very quiet washer and looks great. Marsh times take almost an hour but that's expected with front loaders

I needed to replace a 6 yr old Samsung front-loader (that came with our newer house and died 5 months after moving in) with another front-loader, or tear out counter top. I prefer top load and this front-load LG has not change my mind. Sometime things just aren't as clean as they should be, and I am getting spots on my clothes, which are not visible until they go through the dryer, which means it is either the soap or the fabric softener. I have tried using the "additional rinse" button, but it hasn't solved the problem, just used more water. I use the correct amount of liquid detergent and fabric softener, and err on the side of less. I do not overload the washer - usually dry clothes are loosely put in 1/2 to 3/4 full. I have also tried a variety of settings, but tend to use the cotton most of the time. I believe the washer simply skimps on water and slops the clothes around. If you buy it, would recommend buying the Best Buy Warranty just because the touch panel and motherboards that run it. The install guys were careful and did a great job. Guess I was spoiled by the Speed Queen at my old house. I will not get another front-loader.

This product gets the job done even in very dirty clothes and bedsheets. Price is very reasonable.

So for so good. I'm happy with no complaints. I'm really happy with my new washer and dryer!!!!!!!!!!

Only issue this far is a slight mildew build up on front door/gasket, needs to be cleaned regularly or it will smell.

Ease of loading and the selection of wash options available. Wish it had a light on the interior - I'm always missing a sock!

This machine is quiet and cleans great! It has plenty of options including a quick wash cycle!
