I got the set to replace an older Whirlpool set. My wife loves it, except for the fact the large tub is deep, she needs a little stool to get to the bottom of the tub.

I can see how short people would find deep tub annoying, and at 5 ft 9 inches, I even have to reach far. But overall great machine and really enjoying it.

We LOVE our LG washer, everything comes out clean and smells great. We came from a older (15 year old) washer and will never look back. Worth every penny!!!

I love that no matter the setting I can barely hear my washer going. Granted I have only had it few months, but so far no problems. I literally go to check the washer each time because I don't hear anything.

The only problem I have with this washer is I am vertically challenged and it is so far down inside I have to use a step stool to get to the clothes in the bottom didn't see that before I bought it or I wouldn't have

I had another lg and loved so I decided to stick with the same brand. Not to loud and cleans the clothes well. Lots of different cleaning options.

Very nice looking and easy to use. I do have a little problem reaching to the bottom of the tub but I have a stool that takes care of that problem.

I love my new washing machine. It’s bigger, looks updated, and easy to use. The markings on the device implied it would connect to my phone for diagnostics but it is NOT IOS (Apple) compatible.

Deep drum. Handles all load sizes and adjusts washing time to load size. Mutiple setting from heavy duty, bulky to delicate.

Washes our clothes well. It takes some getting used to since it doesn't use very much water at all. I haven't noticed any smells or build up after a few months of use (approximately 3 - 4 loads/week).

I don't think you can "love" a washing machine, but I am close. Very efficient. Light to very heavy loads, all have been done to perfection.

This is the best washer I have ever had. The only drawback is the tub is very deep and short people will have trouble getting the clothes out.

This washer does a fabulous job and no vibration! This has a musical signal when the load is finished which is so cool. Love my new machine!

So far, this is an amazing washer. I didn't realize how big it was until I went to empty the first finished load - I could barely reach the bottom! It's so quiet, you barely hear it washing. Seems to do a great job of washing - even large comforters. My only complaint (and it's barely one) is that the chime at the end of the wash cycle isn't very loud. I can't hear it unless I'm in the basement or at the top of the steps. Otherwise, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

very good washer. has really big tub. washes with less water. hard to get to bottom for clothes if your short but the best washer love it

Love this dryer. Same as the comment on the washer! It's amazing and works great. Would recommend if on sale or open box

this is my first lg washer, I wasn't sure if this would be a good investment but so far so good. it handles large loads with no problem.
