I was a little fearful about purchasing such an advanced washer, especially after reading reviews about them being difficult to use and not lasting long. But, I took a chance and am so glad I did. It is easy to use and customizable to the particular loads. It's quiet and when done plays a really nice tune to let me know. So far I am very satisfied.

We had a really hard time deciding between front loading units from a different brand. When weighing all of the pros and cons we decided on this unit. There is no comparison between our old washer and this one! Super fast, quiet, and a very large capacity. Don't mark this one off your list solely because it is top-loading. Give it a look!

I had an LG Trom Drier and we needed a new washer for our new house. I had heard energy efficient top loaders were not good and should go front loader. I REALLY did not want the front loader. This LG machine is fantastic and I am very happy with it. I love how it has a time remaining on the load. I was able to get 12 loads done this past weekend until then we were still moving and only did a few. It is so quiet you cannot hear it and has a load sensor.

As a single father with one daughter, this washer rocks! I love the fact that clothes are almost dry when the cycle finishes. I almost only use cold water, so it is perfect for me. The only "issue" is that you can't leave the clothes in the washer too long after because it can smell like mildew. Drier takes no time at all now.

We bought this as a replacement for a previous LG Tromm front loader washing machine that finally died just after only 7 years. Decided to go back to the top loader style since the new one could hold more laundry. This unit is really quite compared to the old Tromm unit we had. It works well. Bonus for me, 3 weeks after I bought it, it was on sale for $200 cheaper and Best Buy refunded me the difference. Very happy to be a rewards member.

Overall I really like this machine. It is great for large loads, and the clothes come out very clean. The tub is deep, but needs to be to hold all the large loads. It is quiet and easy to use. It has several different settings which allows for a variety of cleaning options.

The lint that this washing machine leaves behind seems to be a lot more than my old washing machine that was a lot cheaper (more basic). I've tried many different settings, but lint always seems to cling to my clothes. Sometimes it gets so bad that I have to use a lint roller on almost every item of clothing after I dry the load. Note that I am talking about lint from the clothes, not dirt. Aside from that, everything else seems to be working great. It's large enough to wash a comforter easily, without having to force it to fit and risk ruining the comforter. It has a lot of options to choose from so you can set your cycle exactly the way you want it.

So far this washer has lived up to everything it claimed to be. It cleans great, it spins fast (if you choose the option) to get clothes dryer than se washers, and has the features for almost every type of load. I have NOT had the off balance problems others have claimed. If you follow the manual you won't be disappointed. Check for energy efficient rebates.

Excellent machine at a good price. This is second new washer that we have owned in 30 years. It is large capacity therefore allowing me to wash larger loads and finish faster. Clothes are much less damp after finishing requiring less drying time. We debated on a front loader but decided that we would have to pay more and have to add an additional $200-300 for a pedestal that we don't need. I recommend this product.

Have had this a couple months . i am very happy with it . i even got praise from the wife, even though she has a hard time reaching to the bottom . Holds a huge amount of clothes . It cut her time doing laundry in half. clothes do not take as long to dry either. would recommend this washer.

I've had my washer for a month now and it has worked well. It's much quieter than my old front loader and it doesn't vibrate my floor. The settings are easy to understand and use. My clothes look clean and I can fit so much into a load it takes a lot less time to do my wash. My only complaint is the leveling seems a little picky, but I'm still trying to figure it out. I also wish the way to fill the soap dispenser was different. It's hard to tell how much you've put in.

I haven't used all of the features on this machine yet, but so far it is working well. It determines how much water to use based on the weight of the load, but you can add more. The lid locks when the program is running so you cant see if the clothes are moving well. I wish the lid was transparent. Neither can you use water flowing into the tub to dilute the soap/softener or rinse your hands, as I could w/ my old washer. It plays a little tune when the load is done, scaring my dog. It is technologically advanced, but we'll see if it works as long as my last one- 16yrs.

My front loader finally gave out and I decided to go back to owning a top loader. I chose this model because the tub is much larger than my front loader. The big plus I discovered after buying this product is that it is much quieter than the front loader when it was in the spin cycle. I am happy with the choice I made!.

Regular cleaning it works well. When washing husbands clothing after doing outside labor (building, labor), didn't get the dirt out of his jeans. Cleans normal every day clothing very well. Wrings clothing very fast, so would never spin higher than medium setting. Have to shake clothes out before putting into the dryer, so they are not so wrinkled. Quiet, which is nice.

Excellent washer, clothes are cleaner and smell better, very quiet and easy to use. The only complaint I have, is the istallers won't install the machine if you don't buy Best Buys dryer kit. This wasn't stated anywhere that I saw when purchasing it. I was going to buy the install kit, but it isn't brought with the washer, you have to go pick it up from the store.

This is my first HE washer. I purchased it due to buying a new home. I am happy with the washer and I love the fact that it measures the amount of clothing to determine how much water to use. I also find that my clothes are not still dripping with water once the cycle is done which lessens the drying time. Great purchase that I got at an excellent price on sale.

Even though it is very deep for me, I would buy this again in a flash and I have already recommended it to other friends.

So far I really like this wash machine a lot. It runs nicely and is not loud when running. It has a nice music like signal when finished rather than an annoying beep. My previous washer was one of the front load kind which gets mildew on the door and does not come off. This washer takes a very large load and does not have the agitator which ruins your clothes. I really feel like my clothes are getting clean. I would buy this again.

We purchased this sight unseen based on the reviews of previous buyers. This was a first and leap of faith purchasing in this way and we are not disappointed in our decision. The machine works fantastic. I didn't realize how my previous machine WAS NOT cleaning our clothes until we started using this washer. So very pleased with the performance.

First HE top loader. I was talked out if it by a sales person at a local store and told to buy a front loader and I absolutely hated the front loader. Returned it with a substantial restocking fee and went to Best Buy. I just love my new washing machine. I should have gotten it to begin with. Also very pleased with delivery service of Best Buy.
