I usually buy Samsung for its reputation and I rarely change products when I find the one I like. After 6 years I needed to replace. I took a chance and got this one in sale. It is quiet, works well and LG built a great machine. Thinking about switching out my dryer for the matching washer.

This washing machine is efficient, gets clothes very clean, and was a great price. The main reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it shakes a lot with large loads. If you're looking for a front-loader, this is a good one. Side note: it fit perfectly on the pedestal I had from an older LG front-loader.

I love my washing machine and the guys came one day early with it which was awesome I love the washer it does everting it promise to do I would recommend it, and what others have said about the little song at the end of the wash it crazy I like it it is better then the buzzer sound

We received the machine 6 weeks ago and have been using it 2-3 times a week since. Seems well made and high quality. The spin cycle is a lot more noisy than the smaller capacity machine it replaced, maybe that is to be expected due to larger load being spun? The only other negative is we were not left the transport bolts by the delivery team who installed it and the BestBuy telephone support people were very unhelpful when we tried to call about it. Got given the run around and they eventually promised to send them but we received nothing :(. I deducted a star for this.

This LG washing machine is very nice; it cleans well and it looks good too! It matched my old dryer so I'm grateful not to have an unmatched set. I'm overall happy with the purchase and LG was recommended by our appliance repair tech that fixed our dryer the same week as replaced the washer.

I like being able to wash more than 4 pairs of pants at a time. It's a giant step up from the montgomery wards machine my in-laws left me . Now I can wash my king size comforter and not have to go to a laundromat. Will fit two sets of king size sheets.

Having had LG washers previously, I knew that I wanted another LG. Went on Comsumer Reports to get their current reviews & this was the winner for me. Chose not to pay extra for steam, as I would rarely use it. Have had the new washer for a couple of weeks & it is perfect!

We love this washer. It has a big capacity. It cleans clothes very well. The Best Buy crew that installed it were really great guys. It was done quickly and they took the time to explain the features to us so that we understood them. We believe in LG.

This is my first front load washer and I’m not disappointed. It is so quiet while running I have to double check if it is actually on. Just remember to keep the door and soap drawer open when not in use to avoid any mold build up.

Our new LG washer is everything the old one was not. We've had it for about a month and I have found no fault with it and I am not easy to please. It's quiet, offers lots of washer options and does a great job whether small or large loads. The end of cycle tone is delightful.

This LG Front Loading-Washer replaced my former LG front loading washer purchased 11 years ago. Tried and true I wouldn't think of going with another brand! I love the larger capacity of this new washer and the nine available wash cycles. So easy to use. Works great !

This is my first front loader. So far I love it! One time I opened it up after it was suppposedly done, and the clothes were not only wet but sitting in water! However, the problem did not repeat itself. The washer has just about every option you would want. I recommend it.

She has wanted a front loading machine for years!! Now she has it and is very happy with it!! She chose LG and so far so good - no issues; takes large loads; does not go 'off balance' like top loaders do, etc. Happy Wife, Clean clothes, happy family!!

I was a bit skeptical of front load washing machines till I bought this one. Initially it worried me how little water it used. I wondered if the cloths were truly getting clean but no worries they are and the water savings is awesome!!!! Very happy with this machine!!

Overall very pleased with the washer. It is very quiet and the front panel selections are easy to read. Does a good job of cleaning very soiled clothes. I recommend purchasing the pedestal as well if you are tall or not fond of bending over to fish your clothes out.

I just bought a new townhome and needed a full-size staking unit. This could be used side-by-side or as a stackable. Fits great, runs great and is good looking (even though it's in a closet). Price was fantastic and install went well! Would buy again!!!

The Samsung washer received high ratings from previous customers, and it has met all of our expectations. The entire process from ordering to delivery and installation went very smoothly, and I look forward to our next major appliance purchase from Best Buy !

I bought this to replace an 11yr old LG front load washer that I loved but couldn't get parts for repair. This model is even easier to use ,the door handle has grips so no slipping when my hands are wet. More temperature options and it fit on my original pedestal.

I really enjoy this washing machine! It is very well made, and runs much quieter than previous washers I've owned. Clothes come out clean, but not mangled. Plus, it plays music at the end of cycles. Kinda sounds like the ice cream truck lol. Gotta love that! :-)

When I bought this, I thought there would be a learning curve to use it. I was very wrong. I found the dryer to be so easy to use that all my fears were soon washed away, like all the dirt and stains from my laundry. I can't say enough about how much I like this washer.
