So far happy with the new machine, looks good, clothes are clean and fresh and I appreciate the drain and option to clean the machine. Time will tell how it manages re mold

Runs very well. It is quiet, cleans fast, and is easy to use. The AI intelligence decides what wash is the best so all you have to do is load it and push one button and you are good to go.

LG - 4.5 Cu.Ft. high efficiency stackable smart front load washer - My second one of these in 11 years. According to the washer repair people, washers these days only last about 10 years. I got 11 out of my 1st LG front loader, and always loved it so much that I got another one when the old one was unrepairable. I highly recommend this LG for its efficiency, options, and how gentle it is on my expensive clothes.

It’s a very good washing machine, arguably the best one I’ve ever had. Very easy to use, has versatile wash functions, and is efficient. Unless you’re washing heavy bedding or completely fill the tub with clothes it never takes more than an hour to wash a load

We're very pleased with this washer! It's our first front loader and, wow, what a difference! We also love wifi compatibility. You can see how far along the load is and it let's you know when it's done!

After some to-and-fro-ing with Best Buy due to a previous model being misinstalled by a very subpar installation team, we got this washer in exchange, since our previous choice was no longer available. Fortunately after a lot of back and forth, we got things sorted out, Best Buy sent a much more competent installation team, and all’s well that ends well. We are very happy with this one, and love the functionality and the look! So far we have used mostly the standard programs, not played with steam or turbo wash yet, but it does a great job, is super quiet, efficient with water, and it’s nice to have the ThinQ app to check the progress of the cycle. Love the door magnet to keep it slightly ajar when not using, and prevent mold forming in the door seal. With good lighting in our laundry room, the control display is perfectly readable, so we are not experiencing the issues that other reviewers have reported. Wasn’t a great fan of the rose gold on the knob/rims, but in real life it looks quite sleek. I was also thinking a dark appliance like this might look like a big *block* in our laundry room but it’s actually “slimming” and with the matching dryer next to it, they look great, and smaller than they are. I definitely recommend this LG washer.

We love it. It cleans well and is easy to use. The clothes smell clean and fresh. No more moldy smell.

This was a vast improvement over our old washer. The controls and features we have used all work as advertised. I have not used the app or high tech features at all. I have not had issues with smells. Thy only complaint I have the the overall depth the door sticks out 2" more then our old washer so if you have a tight space fro depth measure well at the middle of the door.

This LG ThinQ front load washer is great. It has a very large capacity and spins things very dry!

My washing machine was over 10 years old. After a few reviews, I decided to get this washing machine, and I love it! I like the fact that I can sync it with my phone so I don’t have to go up and down 3 flights of stairs to see if laundry is done. The different settings allow for quick and efficient washes. I am now ready for the matching dryer.

The Best Buy Lakewood earned my business with a big sale on large appliances because Darwin and Cesar stepped up, knew exactly what they were doing, put together a great bundles and packages for me, answered any questions I had. Also, I had a couple of mechanical issues which they got fixed immediately and replaced the machines that needed to be replaced. Great service, super cool. Hands-down.
